5.00Our guide, Ravi, kept in touch with us before entering our tours. He was prompt, drove reasonably in crazy traffic. He spoke English clearly, shared, cultural, historical, and personal background to help us better understand what we were seeing. He was flexible to help me find an ATM that worked, and answered our hundreds of questions. We will continue to use Robbie while we are in Bali because he makes our trip a richer experience.
