Art Zoo Museum, housed in one of the most enchanting 17th-century canal houses, is a tribute to the animal kingdom and nature. In this oasis in the heart of Amsterdam, the breathtaking taxidermy art of Darwin, Sinke & Van Tongeren takes on an almost theatrical dimension. 5.00I will leave it to the Museum’s website to describe what this brilliant, small museum brings to the table. If you love animals, art or history, then this museum is for you. Sick of the queues and push and shove that comes standard with larger museums or churches? If so, please spend an hour or so at this hidden gem in comfort. I found it incredibly moving. Recommend for people who care about our voiceless animals, with whom we share the planet.

5.00What an incredibly friendly and atmospheric museum this is! We were received by host Chantal who carefully explained how we could best organize our visit. Great! Beautiful property and wonderful rooms furnished with great care and attention. Interesting audio tour, just beautiful half an hour and fun treasure hunt. Recommended to go with children. Lovely little cafe with a beautiful courtyard garden. We'll be back soon!
Highly recommended for a completely new experience!
