3.00Our flight was delayed by 1 day. The reservation was easy to adjust to our new arrival time. However, when we arrived the representative was not where the reservation indicated they would be and our names were not on their arrival sign. It took some time and assistance from other transportation representatives to find them which created stress and disappointment arriving to a new country for vacation. We then had to make sure we were on the list to be picked up because the sign did not have our names on it, more stress. Other than that the driver was very nice, the SUV was spacious and clean. Our ride to the resort was safe and comfortable.
