During the whole journey, from pickup to drop off, you are looked after by a qualified English-speaking driver who will make you feel safe and comfortable. We provide comfortable private transport. You will be able to spend more time learning about culture and history instead of standing in a long queue for tickets.
IMPORTANT: Due to the complicated booking procedure, it is not possible to choose the tour time. Hotel pickup times are confirmed after 3:00 PM one day before the tour.

Krakow
Hotel pickup takes place 2 hours before the scheduled tour time. We provide a safe ride with an English-speaking driver in a comfortable car/minivan. The route from Krakow to Auschwitz takes 1.5 hours.
Panstwowe Muzeum Auschwitz-Birkenau
The driver will take you to the entrance and give you tickets. Then you will have a security check similar to the one at the airport. ID cards will also be checked. The tour takes place in a 30-person group with a local guide. Each participant receives headphones. The first part of the tour is Auschwitz 1 - it lasts about 2 hours. Then there will be a 15-minute break during which the driver will take you to the second part of the museum - Birkenau. You will spend about 1 hour here. After the tour, the driver will take you back to the hotel.

5.00Our tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau was an incredibly moving and memorable experience, made even more special by Max. He was so lovely, friendly, and approachable from start to finish. Max handled such an important and emotional subject with great respect while making everyone feel comfortable and welcome throughout the day. The transfer was smooth and well organised, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this tour, and especially Max, to anyone visiting Auschwitz-Birkenau. 5.00Fantastic experience We were able to book the tour at very short notice, communication was brilliant from start to finish with pick up times from the hotel to how the day would run. Our driver Max was super! Very friendly, knowledgeable and kind. He made us laugh and also shared information about the area which was a great touch. For us Max made the early start a lot more bearable. The tour itself was emotional and touching. The tour guide was extremely passionate and enthusiastic which added to the experience. Would recommend this to anyone and would advise them all to request Max as their driver :)

5.00Alex our transport guy was great, he engaged with us and made us feel welcome and explained where we were going and what to expect. The entire tour was excellent and moving. Such a sad part of history but so informative and educational. I would absolutely recommend doing this

5.00We had a very good experience with Max. Excellent communication throughout. Clear instructions about pick up and drop off. Punctual, very friendly and welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable. Told us a lot about the area and its history. The Tour was reasonably priced for the experience with the added extra of a packed lunch being provided, if you wanted, at a very good price. The transfer was about an hour from Krakow and the visit to Auschwitz and Birkenau was about 3 hours in total. The guide at the 2 sites made the trip very interesting with lots of information provided. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an engaging and informative experience.

5.00Great overall experience with a very knowledgable guide with so many stories and facts that made you live the history and understand the pain a nation. Our driver Max was excellent he kept us updated on pickup and throughout the experience, he kept us entertained throughout our journey he was very knowledgeable about the country and culture.
