5.00We had a wonderful experience on our tour with Gene. He took us to many different hawker stalls and we tried many types of dishes that were all delicious. The chicken rice was one of our favourites! He also incorporated the history of Singapore and the connections to the food we ate. Gene was very knowledgeable about places to see and eat in Singapore - he provided some great recommendations for the rest of our trip. Thank you Gene for a great tour! 😊

5.00Our experience with William as a Singapore local food tour guide was phenomenal. We had a fantastic time learning about Singapore history through modern times while enjoying local Hawker Food culture. The vendors selected were excellent for a mixed variety of spice preferences. William managed to really thrill us with his facts, perfect food selections and great personality. He answered all the questions we could come up with. While having a less than experienced traveler in the group, he was able to make us feel comfortable with exploring Singapore on our own. If you book this trip, ask for William, he'll ensure you know the history and enjoy good food.

2.00Joanna Song is very friendly and informative. I learned a lot about the history and culture of Chinatown. The tour does not have a strong plant based or vegan focus, get your guide should be more transparent about this.

5.00Our guide William Ting was exceptional! Offered to pick us up and drop us back to our hotel and gave us very insightful history behind the development of Singapore and its different cultures! He gave us starters, mains and desserts of all different cuisines that Singaporeans love. He also took us to a local Hawka with only locals which was really authentic and cool to see, even trying food from a Michelin Star Hawka restaurant!!! Would 100% recommend to anyone planning to go to Singapore.

5.00William, my guide, was brilliant. Very knowledge about Singaporean history, culture and cuisine. The food was varied and all very delicious. We tried lots of things I would never have ordered myself because I didn't know about them but will definitely hunt them out now. William also sent a summary of what we ate at the end of the tour which will be very useful for the restof our visit. Highly recommended.

4.00Aaron was our tour guide. As we were the only ones booked onto this tour he met us at our hotel and took it from there. Aaron asked us where we had been, what we might like to see and do throughout the evening. We had a very enjoyable time. Aaron is friendly and knowledgeable about Singapore, its culture and history. It was great to spend time understanding how the culture affects everyday life, the pros and the cons. We tried a few dishes at one of the local hawker centres. This is a lovely way to learn about Singapore. I wouldn't describe it as a food tour. We did try few dishes in the one place but it's really about exploring Singapore and its culture.
