  My two-week Panchakarma and detox retreat at Bentota Ayurveda Center with Lakmal was truly one of the best wellness experiences I have ever had. From the very first consultation, I felt that the treatments were carefully personalized to my body condition and health goals. Lakmal is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. He took time to explain every therapy and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire program. The daily Ayurvedic treatments were exceptional and deeply relaxing. The Panchakarma therapies helped me release stress, improve my sleep, and feel lighter and more energetic after only a few days. By the end of the two weeks, I noticed major improvements in my digestion, body pain, and overall mental clarity. The herbal oils, massages, steam treatments, and detox procedures were all carried out with great skill and attention. The full board Ayurvedic meals were fresh, healthy, and delicious, perfectly supporting the detox process. The atmosphere at the center was peaceful, calming, and ideal for healing and relaxation. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making me feel at home during my stay. At around €165 per day full board, this retreat offers outstanding value compared to many luxury wellness resorts. I highly recommend Bentota Ayurveda Center to anyone looking for authentic Ayurveda, professional Panchakarma treatment, and a true healing experience in Sri Lanka. I will definitely return again in the future.

  I had a wonderful 2-week Panchakarma detox experience at Bentota Ayurveda Center. Lakmal with him staff were caring, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the first day. The Ayurvedic doctor created a personalized treatment plan, and the daily therapies, herbal treatments, yoga, and healthy meals helped me feel relaxed, refreshed, and more energetic. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for healing and detox. I especially appreciated the kindness of the therapists and the authentic Ayurvedic approach. After two weeks, I noticed better sleep, less stress, and overall improved wellbeing. I highly recommend this center to anyone looking for a genuine Ayurvedic detox and wellness retreat in Sri Lanka.

  We were looking for a traditional Sri Lankan massage! We found the best place and can honestly say this was the best massage of our lives. We all agreed! So accommodating and welcoming. Organise our pickups and drop offs. I wish we had more time to try more treatments! Thankyou 🙏🏻

  Overall an amazing experience. As a first timer to Ayurvedic treatments, I found the three day treatment package comprehensive, rejuvenating and well worth the value. Over the three days I met daily with the highly qualified doctor and was also paired with the same therapist which enabled understanding of my wellness needs. I saw tremendous results with improved sleep and circulation. The staff also surprised me in the last day with a birthday cake. As I stayed elsewhere, the owner Mr Lakmal, arranged daily transfers to and from my hotel. Highly recommend this place for an authentic experience.

  Really professional place if you have any health issues. Highly recommended! i got special package which lasted sevral days and I am very happy with the result. It was my second year to go there already.

  I had an exceptionally good experience at the Bentota Ayurveda Center. The massages are at the highest level and the care is excellent all around. Especially with Lakmal you feel 100% very comfortable and in good hands. Each of his massage movements is performed extremely precisely and with great mindfulness, he goes pleasantly deep into the muscles and has impressive expertise. You immediately feel his experience and know-how. He responds to physical complaints and specifically addresses these areas of the body. It was not without reason that he was awarded a world title for this. The atmosphere is very relaxing, and you can completely switch off. I found the fan very pleasant over the massage loungers and the relaxed music in the background. I can heartily recommend the center and especially Lakmal! I am happy to be here ..

  I had such a beautiful experience at Bentota Ayurveda Center with Lakmal last year. I stayed there for a 21-day Ayurvedic treatment, and it was truly excellent. Lakmal’s massages are simply incredible — on another level. There is something very special about his energy and his technique. Beyond his professionalism, he is an incredibly kind, caring, and attentive person. He truly listens, supports, and accompanies you throughout the entire process. I felt genuinely cared for every single day. I also want to mention his lovely family, who made me feel very welcome and at home. Lakmal helped us organize a tour around Sri Lanka, and it was absolutely beautiful. We felt completely safe and well taken care of with, Ushanka, who guided us. That made the whole experience even more special and memorable. I would return with my eyes closed and I highly, highly recommend Bentota Ayurveda Center. I truly can’t wait to go back.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I spent one week at the Bentota Ayurveda Center for Ayurvedic massages, and it was by far the best massage experience I have ever had. And I have received many massages in different places around the world.but With Lakmal…. I can’t explain how i felt with him Massage The service is truly exceptional. The owner Mr.Lakmal is incredibly kind, attentive, and personally takes care of everything. You can genuinely feel that he cares deeply about the well-being of his clients. That heartfelt dedication makes all the difference. The therapists are highly professional and extremely skilled also Chinthaka. Every treatment was of the highest quality — deeply relaxing, powerful, and long-lasting in its effect. I have rarely felt so well cared for and so completely at ease. I can wholeheartedly recommend this center to anyone who wants to experience authentic Ayurveda at the highest level. Outstanding in every way. I will definitely come back!
