  We booked a black taxi tour in Belfast with this company, and from the very beginning the service was exceptional. Patrick was incredibly thorough with communication and made the booking process smooth and easy, and he paired us with our guide, Terry, for the day. Terry was absolutely outstanding—friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Throughout our tour, he shared so much about the history, culture, and people of Ireland, as well as the rich and fascinating story of Belfast. Every stop along the way was meaningful, informative, and gave us a deeper appreciation for this incredible city. What truly set this company apart, though, was the level of care and compassion they showed. Toward the end of our tour, I unfortunately took a little spill and injured myself, which meant we had to cut our day a bit short. Terry immediately shifted his focus to making sure I was okay. He personally made sure I got safely back to our ship, stayed at the port until he knew I was going to be alright, and even offered to drive me to the ER if needed. That is service you simply don’t forget. This was truly above-and-beyond, five-star service in every way. If you’re looking for a black taxi tour in Belfast, I cannot recommend this company enough. Patrick and Terry made what was already an amazing day into an unforgettable experience. Highly, highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  What an incredible experience! This was hands-down the most fun we have ever had on an excursion. My husband is a huge fan of owls, eagles, and falcons, so visiting the falconry was a dream come true for him. I had booked this as a surprise, as soon as you arrive, you’re greeted by more than 20 stunning birds of prey. John, the owner, gives an engaging overview of each one and their history. Then the real magic begins — you get to wear a falconry glove and have several owls and a falcon land right on your hand! Watching the golden eagle fly was absolutely breathtaking. Patrick, our driver and tour host, supplied us with drinks and snacks, took tons of photos and videos for us (which we’ll treasure forever), and John’s wife, Bonnie, offered us a cup of tea while we visited with them — such a lovely personal touch. You could hear and see his passion for the birds meeting him was so inspiring. Next was a visit to Frank’s sheep farm, where his herding dog Charlie put on an amazing demonstration. Frank also showed us how sheep shearing works which was very educational. He also took the time to give us a great tour of the farm and peat beds, another educational moment that we enjoyed while surrounded by beauty. Then it was off to the Giant’s Causeway — simply stunning! Whether you walk or take the shuttle, the views and rock formations are unforgettable. Lunch afterward was fantastic, with great local food and beer. We finished the day with a stop at Bushmills Distillery, plus a drive by the Titanic Museum and Peace Gate, where Patrick shared fascinating local history. It’s a full day packed with amazing sights, truly warm hospitality, and personal touches. Absolutely worth every minute — We can’t recommend it highly enough!
