5.00We booked this excursion during our cruise stop in Zeebrugge because we wanted something easy that still gave us a good feel for Bruges. The experience turned out to be very balanced and enjoyable. The transfer into the city was smooth, and once we arrived, the canal boat ride was a highlight. Seeing Bruges from the water gave a completely different perspective compared to walking. The reflections of the old buildings on the canals created a calm and almost timeless atmosphere. After the boat ride, we had time to walk around the city center. It was nice to explore at our own pace, stop for photos, and enjoy the quiet streets. The day felt relaxed without being empty, which made it a very pleasant cruise excursion overall.

5.00Our day is Brugge was fantastic! We enjoyed getting to see all the sites and still having some free time for our own exploration. Our guide was terrific! We finished our day with a hole in one Belgium waffle with chocolate and strawberries! Perfect mix of history, shopping and yummy treats! 100% recommend!

4.00The tour and canal ride was wonderful and informative however our tour guide was not mindful of some participants physical limitations and was walking too fast so they could not keep up. He often was so far ahead he could not be seen. Other members of the group had to stay back to assist

5.00We joined a small group tour, and it was such a mood. Walkinbhand in hand over those tiny stone bridges in the Minnewater area was just... wonderful. We also took a boat trip, which is just do because the views of the city from the water are beautiful, and we felt like we experienced the best city in only a few hours.

5.00As a couple, we went to Bruges, and to be honest, it was like entering a fantasy world. A serene atmosphere is credited by the canals, historic structures, and quite streets. It's more about strolling around and taking in the atmosphere than it is about major attractions. It seemed worthwhile, even though prices were little high in the center.
Perfect for groups but it could be better.

5.00Went with a few friends and loved it. The guide was very patient with us, and the service was great. You want to capture the moment because of the breathtaking view of Belfry Tower. Just a heads up, the boat tour is quite brief; I wish it had been longer! However, everything else was excellent.

We never had the impression that we were being hurried through a tourist trap because the service was professional from beginning to end. Don't expect speedy walks because it's a full day, but the chocolate and the memories will make up for the weary feet.
