Print it or save it on your phone. 4. 48 hours prior to your ride, you will receive your driver's contact info. 5. 24 hours before, we will provide you with the meeting point info to meet with your driver. 6. Meet your driver at the pick-up location. 7. Present your voucher and I.D. to the driver so properly driver can validate your voucher/ticket. 8. Do not enter through Brussels Airport. Security lines can be up to 4-5 hours. Many transfer flights have been missed.

1.00DO NOT VISIT BELGIUM IN SUMMER 2026 if your entry is through Brussels airport, especially if you are arriving from non Schengen countries including USA, Canada, and Great Britain. WAIT TIMES TO GET THROUGH ENTRY SECURITY CAN TAKE SEVERAL HOURS, because of the new EES system. MANY PASSENGERS HAVE MISSED THEIR CONNECTING FLIGHTS, even with an "adequate" transfer time of two hours. Reports of up to 4-5 hours are not uncommon. JUST NOT WORTH IT. Choose another gateway airport. Nothing has been done thus far to alleviate the wait times. A VERY BAD SITUATION AND VERY BAD FOR REPUTATION OF BRUSSELS/BELGIUM.

1.00Never use this company again. they acknowledged a phone number Change and called the wrong phone number seven times and left us stranded at the Brussels airport. Never use this company not reliable …terrible. We finally did talk to the person the driver they were extremely rude and more or less said not their problem. We prepaid this so we didn’t have to worry about trying to find our transportation from the Brussels airport to the hotel but wound up having to do that anyways. Extremely disappointed. Very rude Company.

1.00If I could give 0 stars I would!! The tour vendor met us at the airport and told us they didn’t have room for any luggage, just for the 3 people we booked. He said we ordered a sedan, but nowhere on my booking did it show that. All I could see was a picture on the booking showing a picture of a van. He told me that it was better to take a taxi and then request a refund, which I did, and then it was denied!! I am not a complainer, and have never given a low review here before, but this is terrible service. I want my refund!!!

1.00Our flight was cancelled, and we had to book another flight. We contacted the Viator agent, Elife Las Vegas, that we needed to change the time of pickup in Brussels. Understandably, they came back and told us that there will be an additional charge of $32 USD for making a change within 24 hours. We had already paid $121.30 USD for this 35 minute transfer. When we arrived in Brussels, we waited 20 minutes for the driver to show up. Then the most disappointing part was that we were picked up by a Cab - not a private car as advertised. This was the first time we booked a transfer with Viator, and we will not be using Viator for this service again.
