5.00Well managed. Clean. Multiple baths at different temps to choose from. Spent several hours in a large pool with about 100 guests, mostly speaking Hungarian. Loads of fun, even tho it rained on us. Recommend bringing your own bath supplies (water shoes or flip flops, and towel if possible) so you don't have to purchase those items

3.00Entry to the spa was difficult due to a problem with our tickets. Spa management informed us the problem did not lie with them, rather the 3rd party we had booked with, ie Viator. I had booked and paid for cabins for 5 people however spa management informed me this was not showing on our tickets! We wasted 30+ minutes trying to sort this out and were eventually only given 4 cabins! Indoor pools all a bit tired looking and some appeared unclean.

5.00Beautiful architecture surrounding the thermal baths!! Viator was excellent with our booking. When we tried to book our tickets directly with the baths and was booked, Viator saved the day!! We made a mistake in our booking day and the customer service person was able to easily correct or booking mistake. Viator is the only way to book excursions. The app is so easy to use!!!

5.00The setting is so relaxing, the staff friendly and helpful. Was interesting finding all the different temperatures and tried them all!
Great pool and food but not the shower area and indoor areas.

4.00The Pool area is very good. They have a lot of facilities. But honestly the cleanliness is very poor. No closed showers. Not clean. It’s great just to enjoy the pool area and the food was great. Clean up and shower need to be done at the hotel back.
Loved it! This visit is a must.

5.00Great experience, staff were very helpful. I took my manual wheelchair and left it by the pools. Others might need to check that that the pool lifts are working before your visit but they were working on the day I was there.

5.00Clean and comfortable with a good variety of pools at various temperatures. The only one that was empty was the cold water plunge, but none were too crowded. Will go back and spend a whole day if I return to Budapest.

5.00We got a "Cabin" - basically a locked changing room with in-out privileges. Our friends got a "Locker" which they said was OK. Pools range from very cold to 38C. Easy to go from pool to pool. Try the open-air adventure pool with the circular water flow.
Good place to just unwind and relax for the day.

3.00It was just ok it could use a bit of updating. It was very loud at times so you really couldn’t relax. Some of the workers weren’t very friendly but overall not bad.
