The best way to get to know the nature of Minca is to live it from the inside: we start with a 40-minute ecological hike through the jungle before reaching the canyon, where 4 waterfalls of 27, 15, 25 and 35 meters descend in the heart of the Sierra Nevada. The tour starts in the center of Minca. After a 40-minute ecological hike through the jungle, we will reach the top of the canyon where the real adventure begins: the descent of 4 stunning waterfalls using ropes and safe abseiling techniques. With the harness on and under the instructions of our 2 certified guides, we go step by step down the rocky walls. Each waterfall offers a different challenge and spectacular views: a 27-metre waterfall, we continue with a 15-metre waterfall, then a 25-metre waterfall, culminating with the most impressive: a 35-metre waterfall surrounded by jungle nature. The presence of two certified guides allows us to attend to each participant in a personalized way, ensuring that everyone enjoys to the maximum no matter their level of experience. After completing the tour, we return to the center of Minca closing an unforgettable experience full of adrenaline, nature and fun.

Meeting with Santana's colleagues in the village, followed by a short hike up the mountain, where you meet Santana and everything is explained, then the fun begins! We felt very well taken care of, secure, and thoroughly enjoyed the morning in the beautiful nature.

5.00If you’re on the fence, just book it. Santana runs something truly special here. He spoke little English and we spoke little Spanish, but it didn’t matter for a single second; his calm, clear communication made us feel safe and looked after the entire time. The rappelling itself is exhilarating but completely approachable, even as a first-timer. Afterwards we walked and swam down the river, which was the perfect way to come down from the high of it all. You see the jungle from a perspective most visitors never get. One of the best experiences of our lives. Easily our number one in Colombia. Highly recommend for Minca. Magical.

5.00If you like adventures, book this tour. It was incredible from start to finish. The best morning I’ve had in a long time. Jon and Santana are great and facilitate a fun experience. Good value for the experience and the rapelling is a lot of fun, very doable as a first timer and leaves lots of time in the day to continue. Super simple to book and go. Afterwards, we walked/swam down the river which was a perfect ending. You get to see the jungle from a point of view many others do not. Highly recommend for Minca!!

5.00What an excellent way to explore Minca’s waterfalls. Our guides Alvaro and Santana were punctual, friendly and informative throughout. A nice hike to start the route followed by descending some beautiful waterfalls We felt 100% safe from start to finish. The route was stunning and we had the best time. One of the highlights of our trips. 10/10 review.

5.00Canyoning was such a unique way to see the waterfalls and it ended up being both thrilling and genuinely challenging in the best way. Santana and Álvaro were fantastic guides. They were attentive, encouraging, and professional teachers throughout the entire experience. Even when parts felt a little intimidating, I always knew I was safe the whole time. They explained everything clearly, checked in constantly, and struck the perfect balance between keeping things fun and making sure we felt confident at every step. If you’re in Minca and looking for something adventurous and memorable, I couldn’t recommend this excursion more. Beautiful scenery, adrenaline, and truly top-notch guides.

5.00I had such a great time on this adventure! After a short hike up the mountain, you start your decent down the waterfalls. As someone with no experience, the guides, Santana and John who are wonderful, made me feel safe and secure, and it really wasn't that hard at all (especially if you're coordinated, unlike me). You end at the hidden waterfall, which if you have nothing planned the rest of the day would be a great place to just stay and chill. Highly recommend!
