This is an absolutely unforgettable experience. This day trip has it all: adventure, pristine tropical rivers, waterfalls, cave swimming, beautiful scenery, adrenaline, fun and even some archeology/history along the day.
We will swim through caves, go under cool waterfalls, and even cliff jump from cliffs ranging from 8 to 27 feet (optional of course.) The place is almost undiscovered, not like El Yunque where you can easily encounter hundreds of people in a single day. Mostly just locals here or people who come with us! The drive from the meeting point to the rainforest caves is about one hour. Along the way you will see the real Puerto Rico, quite removed from the tourist area. You will see a more rural way of life where the locals are connected with nature. The scenery along the drive and hike is absolutely incredible. Once the adventure begins, we will take you through the jungle. We grew up doing this and know the area like the back of our hands, so you are safe with us.

Charco Azul Canyon
Charco Azul and its other-worldly views is something that you simply cannot miss. Swimming through caves is exhilarating. At the end we go cliff jumping (optional) for even more adrenaline. This visit includes the Arenales Caves as well.

5.00I cannot say enough about how amazing Shmuel was as our guide today. He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and brought such great energy to the entire experience. Honestly, I wouldn’t have wanted to do this tour with anyone else. If you book this tour, I hope you’re lucky enough to get Shmuel as your guide. He shared so much history and taught us about the culture, the land, the plants, the animals, and everything in between. His passion for what he does truly made the experience unforgettable. 5.00Start to finish an amazing experience. Our favorite excursion on this trip, and probably in the entire Caribbean. Really the best possible way to experience Puerto Rico in a thrilling fashion, that can be done in five hours. The trek through the caves were awe inspiring . But the most exhilarating part of were 12 foot and 25 foot plunges at the end of our journey. Our two guys were fantastic, and made everyone feel comfortable, including our nine-year-old son and my teenage daughters. The friendly banter on the drive to and from the spot was well informed, and kept the drive from feeling like a slog. My kids learned a lot about Bad Bunny‘s hometown. Our two guides were amazing at helping us through the trickier parts, including helping my son up, and helping me to climb through rivers and caves with ease. Overall, this was an unforgettable experience with great guys, and one of the best locales I’ve ever been to. All of my kids said this was their favorite.

5.00Real Adventure made easy. We booked this tour when we realized our ships excursions were lacking because of a short stay in Puerto Rico. This was a perfect substitute. The setting is stunningly beautiful , it became our favorite excursion in the Carribean . The time spent driving was pleasant with our guides who picked us up several miles from our ship. They informed us so much about Puerto Rico and their lived experience in the home town of Bad bunny. The actual time we spent in Charco azul was an incredible 2 hrs. Beautiful treks through ankle deep rivers and swims through watery caves. The jumps were amazing, especially the thrilling 22 ft plunge. The activity level was moderate , but our 8 yo son loved it. Definitely the best possible way to spend 5 hrs in Puerto Rico. Our favorite experience this trip by far.

A great mix of swimming and surprisingly challenging light hiking, culminating in exhilarating leaps from the three ledges made for a tremendously enjoyable experience. 5.00These guys were absolutely amazing! They were young men who grew up in these caves. They knew every crook and cranny and helped us navigate the terrain. His wife made lunch for us and they brought snacks. When we were finished, he provided amazing pictures of the experience.

5.00We had a blast! From hiking to jumping off cliffs. Fabiola was our tour guide and over exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend anyone looking for an adventure to see hidden gems. Definitely coming back!
