Next, visit Elephant Sanctuary, a sanctuary where elephants roam freely in a natural forest environment. Here, you’ll quietly observe these gentle giants as they go about their daily routines in peace. We respect their freedom by avoiding any riding or direct interaction, choosing instead to walk alongside them and witness their lives in a natural and ethical setting.
The final, enjoy a scenic bamboo rafting experience as you float down the river, surrounded by lush landscapes and tranquil beauty.

Bua Thong Waterfalls (Nam Phu Chet Si)
We will head directly to the Bua Tong waterfall, which is about an 80-minute drive. We will spend around an hour there to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Explore to experience the natural adventure at Bua Tong Waterfall to breathe in the fresh mountain air and enjoy the calming sounds of the waterfall. Next, we will go to the elephant sanctuary, and it takes 40 for drive.
After waterfall, we will be heading to elephant sanctuary, which is about 40 minutes away. Elephant Sanctuary is an elephant conservation park located in the scenic Mae Tang Valley, just an hour’s drive from Chiang Mai. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we transitioned into a conservation-focused sanctuary. Our herd of 16 elephants thrives in a stress-free environment, where they spend their days eating, playing, and enjoying natural behaviors without the pressures of rides or shows.

5.00Really fun experience seeing the wilder side of Chiang Mai and escaping into the jungle. My favourite part was climbing the sticky waterfall, our guide Nathan helped us to pick the best route up the waterfall and get the best photos. My friends favourite part was taking the elephants in the elephant sanctuary for some exercise on a jungle hike. We both alo enjoyed relaxing on the bamboo raft in between, but we're expecting something a little less relaxing and more exciting for the river section. Overall it was incredible and the only downside was getting home exhausted and needing a nap

5.00This was a fantastic excursion. Our guide, Beautiful Amy spoke very good English. She was helpful, informative and shared many stories and personal experiences. We had a lot of time to spend with the elephants with numerous up close photos. The trek through the jungle was great. We were followed by an elephant who negotiated the steep and narrow trails. Our rafting trip down the river was very scenic and peaceful. The sticky waterfalls were unbelievable. Highly recommended.

5.00This trip covered elephant camp visiting and Sticky Waterfall. Our tour guide poppy was nice . We didn’t do the river rafting due to rising water levels, so we went to Angel Waterfall as an alternative instead. The whole experience was pleasant overall.

5.00Great family day out. Well organised and Nathan, our guide, was friendly and knowledgeable. The Buatong waterfalls were brilliant and elephants just amazing! Would definitely recommend.

5.00Paul was a great guide. The river rafting was very peaceful and relaxing. The raft was surprisingly dry. Getting to see the elephants was magical and one of the coolest experiences I have had. The sticky waterfall was a nice bonus. You will get very wet walking up the waterfall but what a unique opportunity.

5.00We love our tour guide Amy❤️she's the best and the whole tour has been really engaging and informative. It was worth the money. They offered the chance to bathe with the elephants too (although we didn't). Also big shoutout to our furry friend Bobby 🐕he's so cute.
