5.00Baudillo and his wife Anna were great hosts. They were very informative about the history of the family farm, the process of growing, harvesting the beans as well as roasting, grinding and brewing. His precise process yielded the best tasting coffee. it was interesting how brewing using different methods with the same beans resulted in a different taste. So pleased with our trip. Pick up was close to where we stayed and riding in the back of the truck was an experience in itself.

5.00I really enjoyed this tour of the coffee farm and tasting. I love to support a small family farm and see the process from the beginning to the end. This is a true family endeavor with everyone involved in the business and the tour. I learned a lot about the different regions of coffee in Guatemala, how it is cultivated, the challenges facing the coffee bean and the families growing it due to climate change and how to taste good coffee. HIGHLY recommend this tour.
