During a 3 hours walking tour you will find out all the details related to communism as a doctrine and how it shaped the life of people by slowly stripping them of pride, individuality, religion and cultural identity. We will also visit important communist landmarks and you can observe, with the help of old pictures, how communism managed to change completely the aspect and architecture of Bucharest. You can see, touch and even take pictures with communist relics, you get the chance to taste an original communist snack or drink a communist coffee.

5.00Fantastic tour! Our guide Alberto was very knowledgable and friendly and we were able to ask many many questions. I truly feel like I have a far richer and deeper understanding of how Romania was like under communist rule and being able to explore this while travelling throughout Bucharest helped make it truly come to life.

5.00Lavi was our guie and she surprise us with her knowlegde and how easy it was to understand her explanations. Although the weather was awful, the ti.e we spent together felt too short. We highly recommend her to everyone. Her Spanish is amazing.
