Disregarded my allergies on my birthday!

2.00My Viator account automatically has that I am allergic to strawberries and seafood. Due to my allergy, I make sure to put it dealing with anything regarding food. Let’s start there! The driver/drone operator was over 30 minutes late. I reached out at 10 (as that was the time I was given) asking if we should head down and only until I said something was I notified that he was running late. Upon arrival, I noticed that with the food, almost every item had strawberries on it. I immediately called the WhatsApp acct and explained the dilemma. The lady on the phone stated that my friend didn’t mention any allergies and that they tried to reach out to her. She also suggested eating other things. I had to send her pictures to show her strawberries were on 90% of everything. She lied about contacting regarding allergies because I booked both reservations and my number was on for both. No one reached out to me regarding my allergies or the lack there of for her! She said that she would reach out to the chef and call me back. She called me back and said she would refund $100. They even had crab meat etc on both trays. The blatant disregard for my allergy is disturbing! The drone operator even offered a photoshoot to offset my anger as this was my actual birthday! He said he will ask them and get back to me. Haven’t heard from him since. She sent back $99.99. Don’t know what the 1 cent meant to her but ok. So if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, don’t book them!

5.00The floating breakfast in the pool was such a beautiful and relaxing experience. Everything was presented so nicely, fresh, and delicious. The setup made the morning feel luxurious and peaceful, and the attention to detail was amazing. The staff was friendly and made sure everything was perfect. The drone pictures and videos captured the experience perfectly and made it even more special and unforgettable. Definitely a memorable experience and something I would highly recommend for anyone looking to treat themselves or celebrate a special occasion.

4.00It was good except we paid for the live airbnb cooking experience (300$) but they had to bring the food in the back of a car and say the chef had an emergency , beside that all good the photographer was really good so overall 4-5.

1.00Please boom with another tour guide. This was an awful experience, my tour was suppose to start at 8:30 am the photographer and food didn’t get here until 10am. Showed up with no drone for pictures or mimosas and to top it off the food was extremely cold. Then the photographer tells us to pull out our phones to take pictures ourselves. All of my pictures are horrible as if he just was clicking; no angles or good photos. Even have photos with my head chopped off. This was the worst tour ever.

5.00This experience was honestly one of the highlights of my trip to Curaçao! The floating tray photoshoot was such a fun and unique idea, and everything was set up beautifully. The team made me feel comfortable the whole time and guided me through the poses so the pictures came out amazing. The drone videos were such a cool touch and made the whole experience feel super luxurious. Sipping mimosas while floating and taking photos in such a beautiful setting was unforgettable. If you’re visiting Curaçao and want something special for your trip, birthday, or girls getaway, I definitely recommend booking this. It’s more than just photos, it’s a whole vibe and a memory you’ll always have. Thank you for such an amazing experience!
