The Teeling Whiskey Distillery is Dublin’s destination for whiskey fans, and for anyone with an interest in Dublin’s long association with Irish Whiskey. Located in the heart of Dublin city centre, in the historic Liberties, Teeling Whiskey Distillery is the first operational distillery in the city to open in 125 years and home to the Spirit of Dublin. Experience the sights, sounds, aromas and tastes of a fully operational distillery. The fully guided tour takes 45 minutes to 1 hour on average. The different tasting options offer options to suit both first time whiskey drinkers and connoisseurs alike.

Teeling Whiskey Distillery
Experience the sights, sounds smells and tastes of a fully operational distillery on a guided tour followed by a tasting of Teeling's award-winning whiskeys. There is little substitute for an operational distillery for bringing the whiskey making process to life and where better to do it in Dublin than the first new distillery in the city in over 125 years. Before entering the production floor, guests will learn about over 500 years of Dublin whiskey history in our Exhibition Space were our passionate guides will take you through the rise, fall & current renaissance in Irish whiskey. Guests well then be introduced to the story of the Teeling Family who have revived distilling in the city & have been at the vanguard of the revival in Dublin Whiskey. On the distillery floor guests will be immersed in each of the 5 steps of the whiskey making process from grain to glass before getting to enjoy a choice of tasting options of our award winning whiskeys. Our experience is a one stop shop that engages guests in the history of Dublin Whiskey, immerses them in the full whiskey making process & treats them to a truly award winning array of tasting options that tailors for both the novice & whiskey enthusiast alike (non-drinkers & families welcome!).

5.00Our visit to Dublin Teeling Distillery was a worthwhile experience. It is a multimedial event and we were lucky with Heather as a guide, who gave a very vivid and pleasant explanation. The tasting is very recommendable: 4 not so small whiskeys allow to appreciate the range of tastes Teeling produces.

5.00Not a whiskey drinker myself but my husband is, with this though I really enjoyed the experience of the tour. Loved hearing the history around the Teeling company told by our tour guide Marc. He was so interesting to listen to with that funny , likeable Dublin charm. Husband loved the whiskey tasting experience, even I had a taste and wasn't as bad as I thought 😀 Definitely recommend this tour.

5.00We travelled to Dublin for Metallica’s “No Repeat Weekend” and were staying in The Liberties, just a short walk from the Teeling Whiskey Distillery. We booked the Trinity Tour, which included a guided tour of the distillery followed by three whiskey tastings. Our guide, Ivie, was excellent, very knowledgeable, engaging and delivered the tour with a great sense of humour. We learned a lot about the distilling process, the history of Teeling, and Irish whiskey in general. After the tasting, we spent some time in the shop and the bar. The team there was equally welcoming. One particularly memorable moment came when I asked a charming young lady from Uruguay behind the bar what she was preparing for the cocktails. Without missing a beat, she replied, “I’m a witch!” 😂 All in all, a very enjoyable experience with a friendly, knowledgeable, and entertaining team. Whether you’re a whiskey enthusiast or simply looking for an interesting activity in Dublin, I can highly recommend a visit.

5.00The greatest distilery tour in Dublin, they bring you in the middle of the distelery proces and IVIE, Our tourguide, gives the bests of herself to explane the proces in a way everybody can understand. And yes Ivie, your mom can be proud on you😄. Also 5 stars for the barteam after the tour.

5.00Fantastic informative tour. Great gift shop and friendly staff. However, I would say that the guide should have had a mic to ensure they can be heard clearly. The guide was very good but struggled to be heard at times.

5.00Have to say, one of the best tours I've ever had. What Marc doesn't know about whiskey is not worth knowing. Great tour, very articulate and a must for anyone visiting Dublin.
