After completing your booking, please contact us to confirm whether your transfer is from Edinburgh Airport or Edinburgh city centre, and provide the full pick-up and drop-off addresses. For airport collections, kindly also include your flight number and scheduled arrival time to ensure timely service. Your professional driver will meet you at the designated pick-up point — whether at Edinburgh Airport or your selected location — and assist you with your luggage before commencing your comfortable one-way transfer to your destination. Please note that Meet & Greet inside the arrivals hall is not included as standard. This service can be arranged in advance for an additional £30, payable directly to the driver.

5.00Landing after an all- night flight is always stressful so it was nice to know that our transportation to our hotel was pre-arranged. I can’t picture dragging our luggage off and on the tram, even though that would have been less expensive. Andrew our driver was waiting for us once we got our baggage at the designated pick up stop. He was charming and informative and I hope we get him again as we will be using CabAir again on this holiday.
