5.00It was one of the best walks of my life! The experience with the Algarve on Board is elevated to another level, mainly by the charism and sympathy of the sailor, Max. The boat is beautiful, super clean and very well equipped. The picnic at the edge is spectacular, with snacks carefully selected by the team. The pictures in the caves are even more beautiful with the boat we were in. Without a doubt, an experience to be lived once and for all! Immaculate service, brief and wonderful explanations, good music on board and nice company! Super recommended!!!!

5.00We took a private boat trip with the "Algarve a Bordo" during our honeymoon and was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our trip to Portugal. We left Lagos, sailed to Ponta da Piedade, and continued to Alvor, where we had lunch on board (restaurant indicated by Max). Everything was wonderful: the landscapes were stunning, the boat impeccable, the food excellent and the script very well planned. But what really made the difference was the care. Antonio and I strongly believe that memorable experiences are built not only by the places we visit, but primarily by the people we meet along the way. And Max was exceptional in that respect. From the very beginning, he was extremely attentive, kind, helpful and genuinely concerned about making our day special. Many companies can offer a boat, a meal or a beautiful route. What has become a truly unique experience is taking care of people, and that’s what Max does with excellence!! We recommend closed-eyed for those who visit the Algarve and want to live a unique and unforgettable experience. Thank you, Max, for making this day so special! And as we promised - we'll be back one day with the kids! Hehe.

5.00An incredible experience! A must-do as a couple. The tour was magnificent with very interesting explanations if we wanted them. The guide is excellent and the picnic is delicious! We had a wonderful time.

5.00Max was absolutely FANTASTIC! From the comfortable boating, the absolutely stunning scenery which only Max & his boat can get into, the wonderful background stories, the culinary collection in the picnic basket....... LET'S JUST SAY.... Max is a 10! You really want to hug the guy, which we did, after spending 4 hrs with him. He only has your enjoyment of the total experience in the front of his mind and business plan. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. And if you are, something is wrong with you!

5.00My husband and I are in our 60s, and our private tour with Algarve On Board was absolutely spectacular. Before booking this experience, we had taken a group tour that turned out to be quite frustrating and uncomfortable, with too many people. Because of that, we decided to try a private option, and it was the best decision we made during our trip. We were incredibly lucky—not only because the tour was exclusively for us, but also because Captain Max truly made all the difference. He took us into more sea caves and showed us breathtaking spots along the Algarve coast that we hadn’t seen before. He also shared fascinating stories we hadn’t heard on our previous tour, which made the experience even more interesting. As a wonderful surprise, we were treated to a picnic basket and two bottles of wine included in the boat trip, so we could toast to our tour and enjoy the moment in such a beautiful setting. I’m writing this review because when you don’t know the region, it’s very easy to fall into tourist traps, and I truly want to recommend this company to others. The tour is conducted by the owner himself (Max), which really makes a difference in the quality and care of the experience. Max even offered us extra time at no charge so we could enjoy the sunset, which was simply magical. His music playlist was fantastic and perfectly matched the peaceful scenery around us. In short, this was the highlight of my trip with my husband. We will cherish these memories forever and highly recommend Algarve On Board to anyone visiting the region.

5.00It was an unforgettable day in the magical Algarve. I truly recommend anyone to visit this place, with the sunsets and the warmth of nature all around. It’s the kind of experience that stays with you forever. And Max, what can I say. He’s an incredible person who genuinely shows his love and passion for the sea, boats, and the natural world that surrounds it all. He took us to different spots inside the caves that honestly touched the soul. Without a doubt, this is a trip I would do again, and I also wouldn’t stop recommending Max, he truly makes every moment feel special and unique. 5.00I had an amazing time on the boat trip with Max. From the very beginning he was super friendly and easy-going, and you can tell he really loves what he does. He showed us some beautiful spots, shared fun little facts along the way, and always made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe. The whole vibe on the boat was relaxed and fun, and Max made the experience feel really personal. 5.00Such an amazing experience from start to finish. Max was awesome and very knowledgeable about the local area and much more, he makes you feel very comfortable and safe out in the water! The food was amazing, nice variety of things and very accommodating! He asked if we wanted to play our music but there was no need because he had the best music that perfectly fit the vibes! Great conversations, hospitality and a new friend! Thanks again!
