  Imran was an amazing tour guide who goes above and beyond for his clients. Communication was great and he followed all of our requests. We had no trouble and he insured we had a great experience of mount Fuji and Hakone. Would deafeningly recommend.

  My tour with Veer was amazing!!! I am a solo female traveller and felt completely safe. He made sure to ask me where I wanted to go and offered to stop anytime if I needed food or to use the facilities. He was personable and we had a great time. I really wanted a tour that went to Shiraito falls and seeing as there aren’t many, I was happy to find this one. Knowing this was my number one spot on the tour, when we got there Veer made sure I got the best shots possible. Even though the schedule I came up with was tight, he made it work! Veer = ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Now, although Veer is five stars, the review is only four because of my experience with the company itself. The posting states that the itinerary will be confirmed after booking, let me tell you that it was not. I booked March 23rd for June 2, by May 2nd I hadn’t heard anything so I reached out inquiring about the itinerary. When there was no response by May 6, I cancelled. It was only then that a representative from the company reached out. She was attentive and explained more about the process - Something that should be on the posting itself - and even let me choose a stop that was not on the list. I was also hoping to get a more detailed itinerary after letting the company know where I wanted to go, such as timing, but did not. This would have assured me that the places I chose were possible and given me a better idea of the flow of the tour. Hotel pick up and drop off was nice. So, although my first impression was not great, Veer and the company manager turned it around and I ended up having a great time in the end. THANK YOU VEER!

  Mr Roshaan our tour guide has good knowledge of the vicinity... He is well informed about the correct timing to be at and showed us lot more than was included and covered plenty of sight seeing spots in a reasonable good time...

  Great experience overall. Our driver was Imran, and he took us to the best spots to see Mount Fuji. Great value if you want convenience and great photo spots.

  The communication with the supplier was poor, it wasn’t until 6pm of night before that we had confirmation of hotel pick up. We also had no time to work with supplier to customise the schedule, though they did agree to our request for two of the items on the list. On the day of the tour we were not informed in much detail about how the tour would progress so we had no chance to revise the plan devised by the operator. There driver provided little or no background to the places we visited or in between, simply telling us where our next stop would be. There was no bottled water as advertised and the tour was shorter than advertised.. The tour vehicle was good quality and to provide some balance we did get a great view of Mt.Fuji from the four stops offs and enjoyed our visit to the requested waterfall and traditional village. Overall we feel the quality of product was below the standard we expected for the price and would not recommend the supplier

• Best way to see Mt Fuji

  We had the best experience with Roshan as our guide on our Mt Fuji day trip. We were blessed with perfect weather and saw Mt Fuji from many amazing viewpoints. The highlight was our stop at the Fuji Shibazakura Festival as the flowers were in full bloom. Breathtaking. I would 100% recommend a private tour over a regular bus tour as the cost was only slightly more. We are so happy with our tour and had the best day.

  

  

  

  

• Mount Fuji Tour Canceled Without Any Reason

  Don’t book a tour with “GoldenHorizon Travel & Tours”. They canceled my tour on the day, without any notice. Before going to Japan, my wife and I booked a one-day private tour to Mount Fuji. On the day of the tour, we were waiting for a driver to pick us up, but the driver never arrived. After a few minutes, we received a message stating that no driver was available and that the tour was canceled. They deleted this message after we tried to call them. When we called “GoldenHorizon Travel & Tours” no one answered. The day before the tour, we received a message confirming it and saying that a driver would pick us up at the hotel. Because of this, we missed our day trip to Mount Fuji. “GoldenHorizon Travel & Tours” cannot be trusted, so never book a tour with them. During my many years of traveling, I have booked various tours and visits, but this was by far my worst experience with this kind of service yet.

• Great Fuji Tour in Dreamlike Weather

  Beautiful private tour, lots of information from our guide, best weather with wonderful views of Mount Fuji. We were picked up in the morning by our guide directly at the hotel and he was happy to respond to our individual wishes during the tour. Can only be recommended.
