Re-established in 1995 by Hungarian family returning to 150-year-old winemaking traditions in Tokaj. Winery sharing a beautiful park with four-star hotel. Went fully organic with 35 hectares in 2012. Zasmidium cellare, Tokaj’s famous cellar mould, thriving in the 200-year-old cellar.
Established in 2003 very traditional style with natural yeast fermentation mostly in oak. Unique historic vineyard site, organically farmed since being planted. Winery and tasting room housed in a listed heritage building.

5.00My wife and I are wine freaks. So, in the last 25 years we traveled to many of world’s prominent wine regions. Between Bordeaux and Barossa Valley, Ribera del Duero and Mendoza. And 20 times to Champagne in between it all. Loving Tokaj Aszu wines we always were thinking of visiting one day. And we were so lucky to be connected to Gergely by one of the hotels in the region. With all our background I can say that the 3-days program he organized for us was excellent and he himself is one of the most professional wine-guides we ever met. Absolute and very passionate knowledge of the region and its wine-making. He knows about everything and everyone in Tokaj and this allows him to open many doors that are not normally open.
