1.00I had a very disappointing experience with this private day tour in Barcelona. Given the premium price and the promise of a “private” and curated experience, I expected a high level of professionalism, knowledge, and service. Unfortunately, what we received felt more like a glorified taxi service than a thoughtfully designed tour. The driver lacked professionalism and engagement, offered minimal insight about the city, and did not demonstrate the level of preparation or attention one would expect from a private tour provider. There was little effort to enhance the experience or tailor it to our interests, which defeats the purpose of booking a private tour in the first place. For the price charged, the value was simply not there. This experience did not justify the cost, and I would not recommend it unless the company significantly improves its standards, driver training, and overall service quality.

5.00This was an absolutely amazing day. Our guide was outstanding and showed us everything anyone would want to see and do in Barcelona in 8 hours. He was literally the best and made the event so memorable.
