Enjoyable tour with a variety of stops!

5.00We had a great day on this tour with a local. Our guide was clearly passionate about his culture and Samoan history, and we learned a great deal in just one visit. The family homes with ancestral graves in their front yards made an impression. We even learned how to open a coconut. We would have liked more time at the To Sua Ocean Trench (to personally climb those many steps), but still a memorable stop. We loved the chilly Piula Cave Pool; so unique and beautiful. Our lunch stop was just so-so, but almost all of the other stops were worthwhile. It was a full 7+ hours and moved along quite smoothly. We would definitely recommend this tour.

5.00SAMOA. May 7, 2026 We had the MOST WONDERFUL excursion with George, our tour guide. George was always happy, always proud of his homeland,and always had a story or two to share with us about his culture. The day was long, but George expertly guided us and continually made sure we were doing okay and knew where to go and how much time we had at each tour stop. We loved each stop. We especially enjoyed it when George peeled and cracked and made coconut juice and coconut milk from a fresh coconut. He did it the Samoan way. That was great. We loved Robert Louis Stevenson's home and had time to roam the grounds and then tour the church nearby. The stop at the beach with the cave swim was fantastic. Oh, what a wonderful time we had with the best local guide of all our guides on this trip. Thanks, George!

5.00Incredible tour!! The waterfalls were amazing! The trench hole was very cold but very refreshing as well! I would highly suggest doing this tour! :)

4.00The guide George was working hard and tried to tell us as much as he could. But the tour wasn't organized well. There were always people got back late at every place so the next place was rushed. The bus was old and made noises so it was hard to hear what George was saying.

5.00Booked a private tour for our day on shore on a cruise. Good communication prior to the booking, although I’ve never had to pre-pay using Western Union and not a credit card before. Got over 8 hours of sightseeing visiting so many attractions including swimming in 3 different great beaches Good stories by George who went beyond the itinerary and showed us so much Highly recommend

5.00Thank you to you and your team, it was a great day and Chris was the best of hosts. Brilliant. Memorable...and such a beautiful island. Snorkelled with turtles, reef fish and saw giant clams, learned local history and traditions, while exploring the island and made it back to the Solstice in time. A must do experience.

5.00What a wonderful way to see Samoa. Irvine was a wonderful tour guide taking us around the island he loves. You can see why. The gardens at RLS Museum and the Bahia temple were stunning. The waterfalls were breathtaking and the ocean trench was perfect. A great stop at the beach; we didn’t eat so as to maximise our time swimming. It was just wonderful to see the local view of Samoa and not just the usual tourist sites. Only 9 in our group so we felt we were special to them and not just another load of tourists. Highly recommend; Samoa and Irvine did not disappoint.

4.00Great tour. Chris had a good sense of humour and was very knowledgeable. He took us all over the island and recommended an awesome spot for lunch. Only thing is we didn’t visit every stop on the itinerary and there wasn’t an explanation why.
