Ready for a full day of adventure on the Ocoee River? This is classic Tennessee white water rafting at it’s finest, including 10 miles of raging rapids to wet your appetite. Must be 12 years old or older.

We’ll start you off in the remote gorge near Ocoee Dam No.3, then it’s on downstream to some intense class III & IV big water. About half way down, the Ocoee River narrows into the Olympic white water competition course. Your adrenaline will be pumping! Your Full River Trip includes a riverside picnic lunch served at the end of the Upper section. Picnic lunch includes sandwiches, chips, cookies, fruit, sweet tea and lemonade. Just when you thought you’ve experienced it all, we’ll shoot down the middle Ocoee and take on over 20 more class III & IV rapids including Double Suck, Flipper, Diamond Splitter and Hell’s Hole. This combo trip takes about 5 hours to complete. This trip is only available on weekends from mid May thru September, so don’t wait to book it! This is one white water adventure that’s tough to beat. (Remember: Children must be at least 12 years old to raft the Ocoee)

5.00What an incredible day on the Ocoee! Our group had an absolute blast running the full river — the rapids were thrilling without being overwhelming, making it the perfect adventure for everyone in our group. Our guide Travis was fantastic from start to finish; knowledgeable, energetic, and clearly passionate about the river. One of the highlights was getting to hop in and swim a few section— a memory he won’t forget anytime soon! The whole experience struck a great balance between excitement and accessibility. If you’re looking for a fun, well-guided whitewater adventure in the Chattanooga area, look no further. We’ll definitely be back!

5.00Super fun and exciting rafting trip! The full Ocoee is rad, with tons of class four rapids to soak you! Our guide Hendley was seasoned and knowledgable-great bbq lunch too! Do the full trip, you won't regret it!

5.00This trip with Cherokee rafting was phenomenal. Our guides name ironically was Cherokee. He is first class and made the trip one me and my son will never forget. Also, the other guides interacted with us as well and felt like friends when we were done. I highly recommend this company and look forward to rafting with them again soon. Thanks Cherokee and Cherokee rafting.

5.00Had an amazing weekend thanks to Cherokee Rafting . I never learned to swim , but our guide Josh took amazing care of me and our entire group . Our son and his friends had a blast and can’t wait to return with their own families . The entire day was organized , professional fun with a personal touch . Great way to end the school year and start our summer . Will definitely return ! If you have any fears or reservations about white water rafting this is the place to come . We did the full river with lunch and I was amazed how quickly the day went and how fast all my fears faded away .

5.00Being a novice but athletic middle age group of ladies, safety was important to us. We thrive on excitement, adrenaline, fun and are adventurous and but didn’t know what to expect. Ethan and Cherokee were AMAZING not just with their jobs but are also very personable. We would tackle any river with them.

5.00My daughter and I go rafting every year. This trip was our favorite so far. Due to the number of people rafting that day with Cherokee, out raft ended up being just the two of us and Travis, our guide. Travis really make the trip memorable. We did a lot of things on the river we haven't done on past trips, including cool swimming holes, surfing waves and taking different routes through the rapids. I would highly recommend Cherokee Rafting and if you get can do a private trip with Travis, it's well worth it.
