• NO RECORD OF A PREPAID GOLF CART

  We got off ship very quickly, and arrived at meeting spot within 15 min after arriving in port. When I approached Wally, he said he had no record of a rental. NO RECORD!!! He asked if my name was Jessica and I said no. I told Wally after I gave him my printed email that I paid $182 for a cart, and I want my cart. There was a cart parked on the corner across the way with no paradise logo on it, had a bad gas gauge, no horn and slow. He said, take that cart. I have no clue who it belonged to. What if we were stopped for driving a cart from unknown company without their permission?? I didn’t think it about that until the next day. Did we manage to enjoy our day…yes. But there was absolutely no need to start my day at grand Turk stressed out, having lost limited time on grand Turk because my rental was not there when I arrived, my prepaid rental contract missing and using some unknown company cart with a legit contract. This is not how you do business.

  Sadly this cart rental was so far away from where the cruise lets you off. Nobody knew where this cart rental was located . The carts are very old and dilapidated. I was glad they didn’t leave us stranded. The kicker is they try to hit you up for $10 for “gas fillup” after you return the cart…Meanwhile I already paid $120 for the day…Ha ha that didn’t happen… Just FYI there are so many nice cart rentals to go to…. Stay away from Paradise Cart rental …

• Turks and Caicos was great. Golf cart was a nightmare.

  The receptionist was rude when we inquired about our pick up point. They want to to leave price blank on the contract and sign (a no no for me) The golf cart was defective and would not start unless we pushed it and hit the gas. They want to charge you $15 for gas, must pay in cash, and won’t allow you to fill it up yourself. Beware!!!!

  Everything went well with our golf cart rental from Paradise. The cart was ready for us and ran great. Easy pick up and drop off.

  There are so many other options at the port with much nicer golf carts, and more heavy duty tires. Do not pick this one.

  Good price, friendly staff who were accommodating. I will tell you we had to walk outside the main gate of airport and find the correct company, which was a little confusing. Our golf cart had seen better days.

  Great experience. Easy to find just outside the cruise center gates. Cart not the fastest, but it got the job done.

  Unfortunately our cruise could not stop at port and we had to cancel. However working and dealing with first the updated scheduled days and then to cancel it due to the cruise ship not stopping, communication and staff response has been excellent!!

  They're outside the port entrance, but no signs so we had to ask other tour companies where they were located. The golf cart was older & very slow compared to others that we had seen (they were blowing right past us). We did have to replace the gas that we used, which was about $10 so no big deal, but they never told us where the gas tank was and to be fair, we never asked. We found out when we pulled into a gas station & the attendant showed us. All in all tho, it served our purposes & we had a great time cruising around the island. The price was better then others I had seen, but you get what you pay for. Would I use them again? In a pinch, sure.
