Khor Virap
Khor Virap is the most famous pilgrimage site in Armenia, as it is directly connected with the adoption of Christianity. As a state religion, Christianity in Armenia was adopted in 301 due to endeavors of Saint Gregory The Illuminator, who, before converting King Trdat The 3rd to Christianity, was imprisoned in the dungeon, over which a church of Khor Virap monastery was built in the 17th century. From the monastery one can admire the stunning view of the Biblical Mount Ararat.

5.0012.06.26 went on a field trip. Many thanks to the guide Ike for the interesting story in two languages (Russian, English), excellent organization and for the wonderful play of the duduk. special thanks to the driver Joseph excellent driving on mountain roads.

5.00Great tour, our guide was Haik, Joseph's driver. We had a great day, learned a lot about Armenian culture and history, visited ancient monasteries, admired mountain scenery, tasted wine and studied the bird cave. The bus is comfortable, the scenery is beautiful, everything really liked

5.00Aik and Joseph made the day! The tour was without water, learned a great deal for itself, such as the fact that Ararat is in the territory of Turkey. Commuting between locations was convenient, time was available for everything.

5.00It was an amazing adventure which I recommend to everyone who visit Armenia. There was a very comfortable bus with WiFi, bottles of water and professional driver Joseph. Our guide Hayk showed us marvelous places and talked about their history in all the details in both languages - Russian and English. Thanks to this tour agency and beautiful Armenia for all these picturesque views and unforgettable emotions.

5.00Operator's reliable, we're out of here exactly in time. Driver Joseph steers the bus carefully, and there's respect for passengers. Guide Haik with a good sense of humor, fascinating narration of the program, first in Russian, then in English, even played the duduk!
