5.00We had the most amazing experience and loved absolutely every moment of the tour. The team and drivers were amazing the home stays were pretty and the food was good. I would really recommend this tour. Sean, Toan, Su, and Lam were all amazing and we had the best time! We were so sad it ended

5.00I had an incredible time! We did the Jeep tour with Tony, Su and Tuang. They always made sure we were safe and that we knew what was up next. They encouraged us to take things as we were comfortable and were always an uplifting presence. The views were breathtaking and the food was great. The logistics went smoothly and we were always taken care of. Tony went above and beyond to tell us about the places we were in and facilitate a fun time.

5.00To say I had the most incredible 4 days of my life would be an understatement! Our drivers, Đức and Thanh, were not only phenomenal drivers but the most lovely people (and so funny!). They made sure we were always safe, hydrated, and comfortable. They took care of everything for us so all we had to do was sit back and enjoy the breathtaking views (the entire time I was riding with my jaw on the floor). They took us on excursions each day such as waterfalls to swim in (and a boat tour!), and they taught us about the history and culture as well as words in Vietnamese. We ate the best food (every meal was insane) and stayed in the most beautiful places every night. My friend and I are walking away from this week with our hearts full. This was a truly priceless experience.

5.00We did the Ha Giang Loop by jeep with a driver and guide, and it was absolutely amazing. The views were breathtaking from start to finish. Our driver was very kind, careful, and professional. He adapted perfectly to our pace — whenever we wanted to go slower and enjoy the scenery or move a bit faster, he was totally flexible and easygoing. We always felt safe and comfortable. Our guide, Sean, was fantastic. His English was very good, he had deep knowledge of the route and the local area, and whenever there were road issues or changes, he always knew the best detours and alternatives. He was super friendly, patient, and flexible with our style of traveling — whether we wanted longer stops to enjoy the views or shorter stops to keep moving, he adjusted everything smoothly. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend this company and especially Sean if you are planning to do the Ha Giang Loop!

5.00We did the 4 day / 3 night Ha Giang Loop with Loop Trails in a jeep with two others on motorbikes, and it was genuinely the experience of a lifetime. From the very beginning, everything felt personal and authentic. Our group was only four people, which ended up being absolutely perfect. We had full control over the pace of the day, could stop whenever we wanted for photos or breaks, and never felt rushed or stuck in a huge tourist convoy. In the evenings we met other groups at the homestays, so we still got the social side of the Loop, but during the day it felt private and special. Our jeep driver was incredible - safe and professional. Tuan even provided us with a speaker to play our own music. We always felt completely comfortable on the roads, which meant we could properly relax and enjoy the scenery. And honestly, we LOVED the jeep experience. We didn’t feel it changed our experience at all - we went with the motorbikes most of the way. The food throughout the trip was also amazing. Every meal felt authentic, fresh, and generous - we were never left hungry once. I really liked that our drivers and guide sat with us during meals and we really connected with them which is exactly the experience we were looking for. The homestays were fantastic too, especially Bong Bang and Trang’s Homestay. Trang welcomed us like a mother and made us feel completely at home. Son was amazing. He shared so much with us about the areas we visited, the food we ate and the history. We were able to connect with the locals and made this feel much more of a cultural trip to experience the Ha Giang region. If you’re after something authentic then Loop Trails is the one for you. What stood out most about Loop Trails though was the people. These are genuinely kind-hearted people who truly care about making your experience memorable and keeping you safe with relevant safety measures and cautious driving and provided waterproofs during downpour! I know I’ve only done the Ha Giang Loop once and only with one company and everyone will tell you theirs was the best, but I can confidently say I’d choose them again in a heartbeat. I genuinely expect Loop Trails to become one of the biggest names for Ha Giang tours in the next few years. Don’t hesitate - just book with Loop Trails now. You won’t regret it. Shoutout to Bing, Tuan and, of course, Son for giving us the trip of a lifetime.
