Always provides details of the car you expect including make, registration plate. I have used this service multiple times for airport transfer, Hanoi to Ninh Binh and Tam Coc.

5.00Hoang arranged a fabulous trip to Ninh Binh for our group of 12. He provided us with a very comfortable MiniBus and a knowledgeable guide. We also did our airport transfers through him and everything was perfect. I would highly recommend them.

5.00I had a wonderful experience with the driver for my transfer from Ninh Binh to Hanoi Airport. He arrived exactly on time and was very polite and professional. The car was clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made the long drive very pleasant. He drove safely and smoothly, and even offered water along the way. I really appreciated his kindness and the fact that he helped with my luggage at the airport. The whole trip was relaxing and stress-free from start to finish. I highly recommend this service to anyone traveling between Ninh Binh and Hanoi Airport!
