Liability Waiver: Our company is NOT responsible for the loss, damage, or misplacement of any personal belongings during the excursion. We understand that the nature of the tour involves activities that may increase the risk of losing items, such as walking on uneven terrain, swimming in the river, sliding on rocks, and jumping into the water. If a participant chooses to bring personal items, they do so at their own risk. We will not be able to stop the excursion to search for lost items in the forest or river. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring that everyone enjoys a worry-free experience.
Use of lifejacket and helmet is mandatory.
Participants must be physically capable of walking thru steep, rocky, muddy and uneven surfaces without assistance.
This tour operates based weather and river conditions. In the event of poor weather, you will be offered an option to reschedule or refund.
Minimum of 4 people required per reservation
On Saturdays the hike is around 15 minutes longer since we depart from a different point.
Persons with the previously listed health restrictions cannot participate on the tour. No refunds will be authorized if a person neglects to read complete description and does not meet the safety requirements and limitations on the day of the tour.
Personal Belongings Policy for the Rainforest Excursion: At our Rainforest Excursion, the safety and experience of our guests are our top priorities. Due to the nature of the activity—which involves hiking, water contact, and constant movement in a natural environment—we strongly recommend that participants do not bring any personal belongings unless absolutely necessary. While we do allow the use of prescription glasses for those who need them for vision, all other personal items should be left in a secure location before the excursion.
Tours Hacker reserves the right of admission - If a person appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, not following instructions, causing disruptions, or providing false information, such as lying about their age, the guide has the right to cancel their reservation at any moment. In such cases, no refunds will be issued. We prioritize the safety and enjoyment of all participants and expect honesty in all aspects of the booking process.
IMPORTANT: Our activity is designed for people between (10 and 60 years old) with good physical condition. You have to be able to walk by your own in uneven surfaces. For safety reasons, people who are overweight, have previous injuries, are pregnant, or have health problems are not allowed to participate. Evidence of age via license or birth certificate will be required to ensure compliance with these requirements. Furthermore, no exceptions or refunds will be made to those who fail to comply with these conditions.

To begin our amazing adventure our guide will pick you up at your preferred hotel, resort, residence or airbnb in San Juan, Isla Verde and Condado (Although hotels in Rio Grande or Fajardo may not qualify, we can arrange a convenient meeting point near your accommodation for your ease and comfort). The schedule will be from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm or from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Both schedules have been strategically chosen to beat the crowds created by the large groups of other companies to make it more comfortable and safer for you.
El Yunque Hiking Area
Upon arrival, your certified guide will lead you into one of the most beautiful hidden areas near El Yunque National Forest. You’ll begin with a scenic hike through lush rainforest trails, surrounded by vibrant greenery and tropical sounds. The hike is approximately 1.5 miles total and takes about 20 minutes to reach the first natural pool. From there, the adventure continues as you carefully navigate along rocks for about 15 more minutes to reach the main highlight, a natural waterslide tucked deep within the jungle. Once inside, you’ll spend around 2 hours fully immersed in the experience: -Swim in refreshing natural pools -Swing from a rope like Tarzan -Slide down a natural rock waterslide -Cool off under a small waterfall -Optional cliff jumps at different heights All activities are optional, you move at your own pace and comfort level.

5.00Our experience was amazing, our guide Arnel made sure we were able to do it all and give us a lot of reassurance and help when needed. He made our trip very fun and safe and gave us the opportunity to do everything with confidence. We had an amazing time going down the slide, cliff jumping and swinging as well, we were a group of 6 and had a blast. Definitely recommend to anyone who’s interested and make sure to ask for Arnel as your guide for the besttt experience!!

During our adventure he maintained a pace that was excellent for everyone in our group, with varying levels of comfort. He kept us safe, providing step by step guidance. 5.00We had an amazing experience on the El Yunque Rainforest Tour with waterslides, cliff jumping, and the rope swing! Amel was an excellent guide. He very knowledgeable, informative, and safety-conscious throughout the entire trip. He took the time to explain the history and ecology of the rainforest while making sure everyone felt comfortable and prepared for each activity. The natural waterslide, cliff jump, and rope swing were all incredible experiences. I’ll never forget the rush of sliding down the smooth rock into the cool, clear pool below. Standing at the edge of the cliff jump, heart pounding, and then taking the leap into the refreshing water was unforgettable. Amel’s careful guidance helped make the adventure both fun and safe. He was patient, professional, and made sure everyone in the group had a great time. I highly recommend this tour and especially Amel as a guide.

5.00We had a great time! Arnel was our guide and he did a fantastic job. He took great photos and videos and sent them to us right away. We were one of the first groups on the trail and would definitely recommend getting up early to beat the crowds!
