You will enjoy stunning ocean views as we ride along historic Boothbay byways that traverse the length of historic Spruce Point, where the Wawenock once fished and early colonials settled. We’ll see the historic Spruce Point Inn, host to the Kennedys and Ernest Hemingway and named as one of the Northeast’s top 25 resorts by Conde Nast Traveler. Along the way, we’ll see one of the last large coastal lodges built prior to the Great Depression and take in some of the most beautiful coastline water views in Midcoast Maine before strolling along America’s longest wooden footbridge. Wonderful e-bike tour experience

5.00This is a fantastic tour guided by owners Lisa and Roger! We had an opportunity to try out the e-bikes and review safety protocols prior to beginning. Once everyone felt comfortable we were off through the charming streets of Boothbay. Lisa did a phenomenal job during our planned stops highlighting local history and ghost stories. Roger rode in the rear to ensure everyone was safe and provided my husband with great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Overall this was a fantastic way to spend the morning and experience the beauty and history of Boothbay. I would definitely recommend booking a tour!

5.00Our guide brought us to several beautiful places in Boothbay and was very knowledgeable about the rich history of the area. The route was through several hills but the e-bikes made it a breeze. If you are thinking about doing it then book with this group. Both my wife and I had a great time.

5.00My boyfriend and I did the Hidden Harbor E-Bike Tour with Lisa and Roger and it was one of the highlights of our trip. We had a small group of just 4 riders, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and personal. Lisa's storytelling was fantastic. She clearly loves this town, and she wove in local history and legends that made every stop feel like more than just a photo op. Our visit to the Spruce Point Inn was a particular highlight, with a beautiful setting and great history behind it. The e-bikes made the ride effortless, even on the hills, so you can focus on the scenery and stories instead of pedaling hard. Roger made sure everyone felt comfortable on the bikes before we set off. If you're visiting Boothbay Harbor, book this tour. Lisa and Roger have built something special here. Highly recommend.

5.00My daughter and I took this tour while visiting Maine. We had a wonderful time. From start to finish the experience was lovely. Lisa and her team did a great job. The tour was informative and interesting. The bikes were top notch. I would highly recommend this tour if you love the outdoors and learning about some of the history in Boothbay Harbor.

5.00Lisa and Roger were helpful getting us started with the Pedego e-bikes as it was our first electric bike experience. They fit us with a correctly sized bike and helmet, we did a practice run around the parking lot and discussed bike safety before we set off on the tour. Lisa was an amazing tour guide as she stopped at the highlighted areas along the tour route. She was very knowledgeable and passionate about the historical information she shared with us, we learned many facts about the area and its interesting history. We would highly recommend Mysterious Harbor Tours as a fun way to spend time in Boothbay Harbor!

5.00Lisa, Roger, and the crew are friendly and take good care of you. We were fitted with the right bikes, helmets and water, then practiced a bit before setting out. There was another friendly couple on the tour. We stopped at some places of interest, heard some local stories, saw great views, and enjoyed the pleasures of the wind in our hair.

5.00Top shelf experience!! Lisa was a spectacular tour guide! Awesome pictures and even better history lessons! Attentive, SAFE and knowledgeable. She and her husband are a super couple and compliment each other perfectly! Such a wonderful experience we will be back in the spring!
