  Terrible Prepaid 2 adults I confirmed a day prior they told me not enough staff avail for tour Turned up regardless at the time and place, my name was on their sheet with PREPAID however no transport or driver and left alone for the day Don’t use They then have not refunded my money prepaid Beware of these guys, they are not professional at all.

  Our guide Stephen made the experience so much fun .He was funny ,spoke English well and nothing was a problem during the day . Loved all 3 of the visits …Lagoon,Eden and Hideaway and honestly couldn’t rate which one I liked the best they were all fun !

  What a wonderful/fantastic experience we had. Oliver was a great driver. First we started with Hideaway Island and I achieved my goal of swimming to the world’s only underwater post office and posted my postcards. The fish looked like they normally get fed, so there was plenty. My daughter shouted me a delicious Pina Colada (the best) as it was my 64th birthday. Next we visited Bridges of Eden and had a very delicious and very plentiful barbecue lunch with salads. Next time I will definitely plan for more time here. Then onto Blue Lagoon, where the fish would give you kisses. Back to the port in time to look at the market. We chose not to do the Tax Free shopping. We were lucky as there were only three of us, so a private tour. Pleased it still ran. Would definitely book through Yumi Tours again. The day ran smoothly. Thank you for the opportunity, of allowing us to experience this tour.

  Vincent and Stephen provided a fabulous day of experiences, went out of their way ( quite literally- parade day and the traffic made their work a nightmare!) to make sure we got to our destinations and could enjoy them and were friendly, informative and patient despite the challenging circumstances. • 3 highlights with fun and nature

  We loved the tour. There were only five of us, which was almost a private tour. Hideaway Island with its underwater post office is just a fun experience. Even if it is already quite "run down". Be sure to take diving goggles with you, otherwise the mailbox slot is not to be found. Eden by the river is a place with lots of beautiful nature and you can have a lot of fun (or bounce your ass while tubing), can just happen. The lagoon was also very nice to look at and the fun in the water continued. It was usually only an hour in each place, but you saw a lot for it. We thought it was well timed. Transfer and info were good, we can recommend the tour and Yumi.

  My wife and I got our money well worth through a very professional and personable service from Chris, part owner/driver of Yumi Tours. In the mid-size SUV Chris took us to Hideaway Island, where after a short local boat ride to it, we snorkel and sent postcards using a very unique method - the underwater post office! Then there was the second part of the excursion consisting of swim/tubing in the river combined with very delicious and sizeable lunch at Eden Farm owned by Australian/New Zealand very outgoing couple. The last part of the excursion was the visit to Blue Lagoon, to swim and jump from various platforms and ropes in brackish water. The whole excursion was very well organized and I would recommend Yumi Tours in a heart beat.

  Great tour and Guide/Driver, could not be more helpfull, informative and reasonablly priced, the vehicle was well presentedand very comfortable, we would recommend this company and tour to everyone.

• Incredible cultural insight, but a tight squeeze for cruisers!

  We had a wonderful day with Alfred, who is an exceptional host. He provided deep insights into the local culture and customs of Vanuatu that you simply won't find in a guidebook. While the highlights were amazing, the itinerary felt a bit too ambitious and rushed for those of us on a cruise schedule. A major bottleneck is the ship’s tendering process; we sat on the bus for 30–45 minutes waiting for the full group to arrive before we could start. To the team’s credit, they were very mindful of our 'all aboard' time and got us back to the pier safely. Note for future travelers: Snorkel gear at Hideaway Island is not included, so bring about AUD$10 per person if you need to rent. Overall, a great experience if you don't mind a fast pace!

  This was such an amazing day out, with the perfect amount of time spent at each stop. Our guide, Julian, was the loveliest man who provided so much information about the area and communities you pass on the commute to each place. Julian even took me to a kava bar after the tour to experience kava drinking with locals! Such a wholesome and happy day spent, I highly recommend, thank you so much!

  This was an excellent experience 👏 The guides from Yumi made the experience even better. Hideaway Island was fantastic the fish snorkelling to the post office was spectacular. The underwater post shop was very different but absolutely loved it . The 3 places we went I highly recommend this experience. Oh and the incredible lunch put on was great .. thankyou 💜
