2.00I reserved a black car service, but on the morning of the scheduled service, I was informed at the last minute that no driver was available. Subsequently, a driver became available, but arrived in a cargo van rather than the sedan I had booked. I had paid for a round trip and feel that I was misled, as I was not notified that a van would be used, nor was I informed about the specific vehicle that would be dispatched. While the driver provided excellent service, I am dissatisfied with the company due to the lack of communication regarding the vehicle type, especially since I specifically ordered a black car service. I cannot recommend this service due to the significant communication breakdown. I could have secured a white van service at a considerably lower cost.
