The team was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout the entire experience, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. What impressed me most was the outstanding hospitality. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and we never had to worry about a thing. All the necessary equipment, supplies, and refreshments were provided, and the guides ensured that we were comfortable and informed every step of the way. The tour was professionally guided, with clear instructions and plenty of opportunities to enjoy the experience at our own pace. The guides were knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to answer questions or offer assistance. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, providing us with valuable insights into the reindeer's habitat and behavior. 3.00We thought this was a park we could walk and explore. You only enter, go to a platform, see & feed the reindeer. That was very disappointing. The cool thing was that we cooked bread over fire and had coffee.

5.00This tour was our favorite thing we did in Finland. Andrew, our guide, knew so much about life in Finland and about the national forest we went to. He was an amazing and knowledgeable guide. The reindeer were amazing too and Andrew and the other guide at the farm taught us a lot about them. We felt very comfortable. We also got to experience baking bread on a campfire in a traditonal teepee, and we had tea and very good raspberry jam. Thank you for the tour!
