This is the shortest trip we do it is one-hour approximately, we depart Ross Castle and we bring your groups to the island of Innisfallen which was discovered by St Finian the leper in 640AD and people get off for a half an hour to explore the ruins of the monastery and the church.

5.00This was a highlight of our trip to Killarney! The open air vintage boat (the Otter) was captained by Michael who brought our small party of 2 (small party because it was raining) to the island which was magical!! Tame deer roam the island while you take in the impressive, ancient ruins of the monastery and associated buildings. Ethereal, private, unique with extraordinary views of the mainland and Ross castle.
