App kept crashing, no tour experienced

I purchased this tour and downloaded the app. Unfortunately, every time I tried to access the tour in the app, the app would crash, so I was unable to access the tour I purchased. I emailed immediately requesting assistance, but have received no response. I am now hoping to receive a refund as I was unable to access the tour.

This is a nice introduction to Austen’s Bath - both her own life experiences and the two books that reference it, with lots of humour and fondness from the guides.

It was fun and educational walking and listening to all the history. In expensive way to take an informative tour. Would use again if going to bath
