Exclusive: From the 15th of September 2026 to the 3rd of January 2027, visitors to the Kroller Muller museum will get to see the entire Van Gogh collection of 88 paintings.

Our tour takes you to Veluwe National Park, the most famous national park in the country. The park is known for its green space and wildlife but also houses some of the very interesting architecture, including the Hunting Lodge. The park is home to the renowned Kroller Muller museum, which is home to paintings from the world's renowned artists and a spectacular sculpture garden.
A privately owned national park, expect to see dunes, Woodlands, and plenty of flora. There is limited wildlife (The big 4 being the Red Deer, Roe Deer, Wild Boar, and Mouflon) present in the park. The park offers free bicycles that can be used on different routes.

De Hoge Veluwe National Park
We drive to the park which takes about 75 minutes. Welcome in De Hoge Veluwe National Park. This is the most popular national park in the country and for a good reason. Spread over 14000 acres, the national park is home to Wildlife (deer, Wild Boar), lush green spaces but also architecture including the famous St.Hubertus hunting lodge. You can use one of the white bicycles or walk around to explore the park. The park has several routes where you can bicycle or walk for hours. The park includes enough restaurants and cafes where you can recharge yourself.
Kroller-Muller Museum
The museum is closed on Mondays. Do not miss the special exhibit from the 15th of September 2026 to the 3rd of January 2027. For the first time in over 40 years, visitors can see the museum's entire Van Gogh collection of 88 paintings. Generally featured in the top museums of the Netherlands, Kroller Muller Museum is a modern and contemporary art museum and is home to over 20,000 art collections. It has the second-largest collection of Van Gogh and houses work from Claude Monet, Pablo Picasso, and Piet Mondrian, among others. Explore the sculpture garden, home to over 150 sculptures. We drive back to Amsterdam/ Utrecht, which takes about 75 /60 minutes.

5.00The Kröller-Müller Museum is in a beautiful park that offers free bikes with the park admission if one wants to ride a bike there. It is in the countryside and relatively quiet and filled with Van Gogh and other artist’s paintings not seen elsewhere. The Sculture Garden is a delight, don’t miss it. Our guide Gopinath was knowledgeable. We appreciated his advice and suggestions in touring. He booked a tour of the Hunting Lodge while there which was an additional 6 euros each and a nice complement to viewing the museum and sculpture garden. The whole day was a wonderful addition to our Holland travel. We highly recommend it.
