5.00Truly exceptional expertise in guiding and arranging all day's travels. Timely pickup at every opportunity. Staff at all points were organized, knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. The communication & troubleshooting was excellent too. During the trip, there was always a timely opportunity to get questions answered. All the drivers were masterful in navigating. The hotels were elegant and region-specific, that is, not generic chains with no atmosphere - they were just what I wanted.
