This serene nighttime adventure provides exclusive access to the villages of the Polynesian Cultural Center after they close to the public and features a controlled and safe water environment is one of a kind! No Waves. No Sharks. No Worries! Guided through a tranquil lagoon by moonlight, you'll be visiting the islands of Samoa, New Zealand, Fiji, Hawaii, Tonga, and Tahiti on a stand-up paddle board or kayak that features colorful LED illumination in the water around you. Sit, kneel or stand on your paddle board! Swimwear optional Please arrive 30 minutes early. Details and meeting location are in your confirmation email. Stand-up paddle boards are the default item with this booking. You must call ahead to request a kayak if you prefer. Limited supply based on availability.

5.00We cannot praise this experience enough! Not only was it educational, because we learned so much about different cultures, but it was an absolute blast!! Our tour guide was extremely fun, patient (we’ve never paddle boarded before), and knowledgeable. It was very different from any other activity we’ve booked, but different in the best way possible. If you are hesitant for any reason, BOOK NOW! You won’t regret it.

5.00Toa provided a tremendous guided tour through the river of the Polynesian Cultural Center. These controlled conditions -- the artificial body of water is only a few feet deep -- were perfect for our group of adults, teenagers and a preteen to get paddleboarding experience without trepidation. As we leisurely paddled, Tao highlighted Polynesian myths that were all the more memorable because of his animated delivery combined with quiet setting. This is a unique tour that should not be missed.

5.00Our guide was amazing. We ended up getting lucky because it was just us. He was attentive to see if we were doing okay and gave us facts about the islands which was cool. We had an amazing time with our guide.
Linear paddle boarding. So fun to be in the water at night and not be cold.

5.00A must do. Relaxing, informative, fun and lots of history. Our guide was very good. He taught us a lot about each stop around the river. He was very engaging and did an exceptional job with his fire act.

5.00Hands down the best tour you will go on! We had an amazing tour guide and it was nice paddle boarding and learning all the history. At one point you even get to Star gaze. Out of all the tours we did on the island this was our number one!

5.00One of the coolest experiences, particularly for an evening in the North Shore! Our guide Fatu shared Hawaiian folklore, information about all the Polynesian countries, performed a fire dance, and led us in some star-gazing, all while paddle boarding in a lagoon. Our 10 year old loved it!
