Explore the island of Gozo on a full-day buggy tour. Start your tour at the Mgarr Harbour, where you will board your buggy. Continue to the Qala Belvedere, a scenic lookout point enjoy panoramic views of the Maltese archipelago, including the islands of Comino and Malta. Pass by the Qala Parish Church, a beautiful Baroque-style church dedicated to St. Joseph. Stop at the legendary Calypso Cave and then explore the Ggantija Temples, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Stop at the Citadel in Victoria, the capital of Gozo. Enjoy a relaxing light lunch at Mariblu Guest House. Pass by the Xlendi Cliffs, visit Dwejra, the Ta Pinu Sanctuary, the Wied il-Mielah Window, a lesser-known but equally impressive natural limestone arch similar to the Azure Window. Stop at the traditional salt pans, where sea salt has been harvested for centuries. Enjoy a refreshing swim stop in the Blue Lagoon and then return to Malta.

5.00Easily the best tour we did when in Malta. Well organized small group adventure with our guide, the force of nature, Rowena! She was engaging, knowledgeable and funny. We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent in her company and had the opportunity to see much the island had to offer. Take some cash as some admissions require it, plenty of comfort breaks are included in the itinerary and no hard sell stops! The boat transfers were also a great added bonus. Recommended.

5.00This was a brilliant tour and well worth the price we paid to go! Michelle our guide was bubbly, friendly and most of all knowledgeable. The buggy was super fun and as an anxious passenger usually I felt super safe! It was a fabulous way to see the islands & brilliantly organised! I also had some lovely conversations with another driver too (Alex) and he was fun & we had an interesting chat about dialect. One of my favourite aspects was that at each stop had places to buy water & use a bathroom, plus an alternative activity that was recommended if there was a paid attraction you may not want to do. This was fast paced but well plotted tour!

1.00Uwe, our tour guide, was excellent and very dedicated. He accommodated almost every request, and his knowledge of the island is fantastic. However, he is bound by time constraints. Unfortunately, the time frame is so short that one is constantly rushing. Victoria Citadel 30 minutes, Red Beach 20 minutes, we skipped Ggantija which would have only taken 30 minutes, entrance not included (one needs at least an hour and can also visit a mill). The pilgrimage church was unfortunately not fully accessible, etc. There were also elections and due to the victory celebration, there was more traffic... also to our disadvantage. The food was mediocre: pasta with tomato sauce, rice, potatoes, green salad, and few side dishes along with ham and salami. After the meal, the buggy had a breakdown and had to be replaced. This, of course, takes away from the travel time. Uwe is not to blame for that, which is why he deserves 5 stars. With the new buggy, we continued at a brisk pace, as time was lacking. In the end, we had the ride with a swimming stop at the Blue Lagoon... the highlight. Here we met Ricky from Indonesia, a sailor, also worth 5 stars :) Would we book again: no. 3 people can take a Bolt for the price and explore the island at their leisure and enjoy a very good meal including drinks. I don't want to say that it's a scam, but one does not feel comfortable afterward. We are aware that tours cost money, we also travel a lot, but this was not worth it. Uwe and Rocky were the only bright spots. Fun fact: if we hadn't had a car mechanic as a tour guest who provided the final diagnosis, we would have had to wait even longer, which detracts from the tour. The buggies must be picked up, as no replacements are provided. Not recommended.
