5.00I did this tour with my dad and Alex was our tour guide and he was the definition of a perfect tour guide. He was very genuine, honest, helpful, professional, extremely knowledgeable and he made our tour 10/10. We learnt a lot from Alex before the tour officially started! My highlight of the tour was definitely swimming with the turtles! It was magical and I love how the team really care about the nature and wildlife especially making sure the turtles are respected and admired. As for the cenotes, stunning! also had protection protocols which had to be followed in order to protect the cenotes! The photographer (I am really sorry can’t remember his name) was super friendly, funny and took the most beautiful photos! He was so patient aswell. Thank you! Lastly the driver Alex, deserves a mention as he got us there and back safely! Thank you team Alex so much for a wonderful day filled with memories!

5.00Enrique and Dasier “Danger” were amazing guides. E shared so much amazing information and Mayan history. Our buddy, newly nicknamed Danger, got us some amazing quality photos. It was so nice to not have to worry about taking photos ourselves and potentially losing our equipment. Highly recommend these guys for the tour. Alejandro was a great, efficient driver!

5.00Our guide Enrique really helped ensure that this was a great trip. He was very knowledgeable, humorous and engaging; the kind of guy you wanna stay friends with after the excursion. He was very safety conscious and had a great knowledge of the history, geology and current ecological challenges of our 3 destinations that day (snorkeling with turtles, hiking and swimming the Centote and touring Tulum. The only bumps were that the fellow at our resort who sold us the excursion said we would not be getting into the water with the Turtles, which led some in our party to have to scrub off sunscreen applied before leaving that part the excursion, which we were happy to do to help protect the coral. He also told us the resort "owned" the Cenote and had exclusive access to it (not a problem but just factually incorrect. It's a big day with a lot of walking, so be aware of that if anyone in your party has mobility issues. The customary order of this excursion is to visit Tulum 1st, but there were emergent issues at Tulum the day of our excursion, forcing us to visit Tulum last, in the hottest part of the day so it was quite hot. Swimming in the Cenote was a magical, bucket list-worthy experience!

5.00Enrique was our guide 4/30 and he was the best would recommend to anybody who asks for what to do while in Cancun / playa del Carmen. Also his daughter Kimberly was so nice and the driver as well. 10/10

5.00Beautiful tour organized by Ruta Maya with fantastic guide Enrique and his daughter who takes the photos and videos. We first visit a cave and then take a dip in the beautiful cenote Caracol. We swim through the underground vaults. Breathtaking. Then lunch and then swim in the reef of Akumal among the turtles. Too bad the sea was murky because of the waves, but still good visibility. Good swimming condition is recommended, but the guides will also be happy to help you further in the water.

5.00ENRIQUE is the absolute best guide out there. Very informative. Very personable. Super funny yet very precessional. All around tour was so amazing. My wife and I were nervous about going on excursions being tourist from the US yet the team stayed with us every step of the way providing any assistance and answering any questions asked. We got to meet locals who quickly became friends with us as well. We did the 8hr excursion package and was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Pricing was very affordable along with including all expenses up front. For a super reasonable price, the guide had an awesome photographer/videographer that was with you every step of the way. You only pull out your wallet for yourself. No surprises and everything was exactly how it was explained. We did the tour with 8 other tourist and I’m 100% positive they would agree with everything I’ve said. 1000/10 recommend.
