4.00We enjoyed a wonderful trip, the boat, the skipper,crew and stop offs for swimming were all exceptional. Couldn't fault anything except the transfer transport, it was one of the most uncomfortable vehicle I have ever travelled in, but, having said that, did it spoil the experience, definitely not, a great day out.
Better trips out there!!!

1.00Was sold it by Marco who promised the earth and said it would be an amazing trip. Our pick up time was 09.40 at our hotel. At 10 I messaged to say we hadn’t been picked up, knowing the boat would leave at 10.15. After a few phone calls we were finally greeted by a lovely guy in his 20 year old Chevrolet pick up truck! Not the white taxi van as promised. I’ve no problem as live on a farm and have my own pick up but on arrival at the boat, we were the last on, no seats until a crew member moved but in full sun for the entire trip plus right at the back where the smokers were and right where everyone exited the boat for swimming. I noticed that apart from the nice guy who picked us up, all other crew members were smoking at the rear and hitting on young girls on the trip. We also had difficulty hearing any commentary. When we had swimming stops it was free for all. If you weren’t going in the water you shouldn’t have been able to stand on the back where we were trying to get in and blocking the ladders. At one stop we were even rammed by the pirate ship which could have been catastrophic as we were very close, nose in to the rocks. We were told that we would go up towards Famagusta to see it from the sea but this didn’t happen either probably due to late departure. The food was ok but just ok. We are well travelled and always do boat trips and this was just ok. At the end of the trip we had to wait 20 minutes in heat to be delivered back to our hotel in the pick up truck.

1.00BEWARE! They advertise this 4 hour trip as being for a maximum of 50 people. This is a lie. Over 100 people were on our cruise with not enough seats. Also we were told the cruise started from the pier when you actually have to get a mini bus to a different location. The Italian salesperson was terrible to deal with. Definitely would not recommend.

5.00I’ve been coming to Protaras for a few years but this was the first time I did a cruise. I chose Medusa as they are highly reviewed. We did the three-hour cruise without lunch. There were opportunities for swim stops and snorkelling. The views were stunning, the weather was faultless and this trip was definitely the highlight of the holiday. There’s a great team of people behind this who organise it so well and provide useful information while on the cruise. I’ve taken so many photos. And, we got to see a turtle! 🐢

5.00What an amazing experience we had with these guys it was perfect from start to finish. We had a disabled person in our party and they went out of their way to help us. Reserved us a table by the toilets. The trip was fantastic the staff were amazing, food and drink perfect and the drink was very reasonable priced. The guy we booked with rang me before during and after the boat trip checking we were ok and that we had our table by the toilet and also checked we got back safe just absolutely amazing.

5.00This was our best cruise ever! Amazing crew and boat everyone was so nice! 😊 a can not think of anything what could make the whole experience better, I’m surprised that the admission fee was so low 🥹 I hope that we can go back soon ❤️✨
