1.00They changed my schedule and called on WhatsApp from two unknown numbers for additional information in the morning. Then, because of rain, they canceled it after 1 hour of waiting. On the top of that, they did not give a refund. Instead they gave a temporary band and said come again. Their phone number is not picked up and service is very poor and unprofessional.
It was okay.

4.00The girl at the spot where we got on the boat, on her phone most of the time when we first got there. Not a bad cruise tho. Couldn’t understand what she was saying but it was a nice ride on the boat during a hot day.

1.00This is a scam! I was scheduled for 8:30pm and got there at 8pm. The time was changed to 7:45 and I was never notified I requested a refund and it was denied because the company hosting the tour said the time was never changed despite a rep where I was suppose to check in at informed me that it had been changed and I should’ve been contacted. DO NOT BOOK. THIS IS A SCAM

1.00The worst. Check in time was 1130. Boat never showed up. Spoke with manager that stated the next boat won’t arrive until about 145. We had a plane to catch and were not able to ride. I still have yet to receive a refund. I’m very disappointed with this company and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

5.00Cruise number 13, Bruges, Amsterdam, England, Scotland, and Ireland. The boat was a bit old but perfectly maintained; there weren't many people, and due to the season, there were few children, which was appreciated. The food was very good in all the restaurants, including the buffet. The drinks were part of a free at sea package and were spectacular; we only had to pay for water, which is unusual. The cabin was adequate, and the attention from the staff was excellent, Impeccable cleanliness. Unmatched attention; they fixed my suitcase that the airline had destroyed. The excursions were rated 6 points, but well. The itinerary was excellent.
Poor poor poor! Stay far away from this small “ the number canoe”of a ship.

1.00The trip was delayed. It was supposed to start at 10 AM. They tripped us and told us that it was starting at 10 AM so that we could arrive when we got there. It didn’t start until much much later. It was very misleading and we felt like our money was just taken. The accommodations in the boat did not look like what the photos had online. I would not recommend this tour. I would like my money back because the information that was online and also because the trip never started, we never got to Tours anything. It was just a big lie.
Lots of money spent and no boat ride.

1.00This is not the boat pictured in the ad. It's a water taxi with no cover or restroom. It showed up late after warning us to be on time or get left. We waited til after 8:30pm and then we were told that the boat would not leave til 9:30pm. I couldn't make that time schedule because of work schedule. I couldn't get a refund on site. The operator showed me his schedule and it said 9:30pm. There was no 8:30pm on his schedule. Ge said the owner is responsible for the schedule and he had no control. I was sold a time that didn't exist and I paid $60 in Uber fees to get to the marina and back to my hotel. My family was very disappointed Please refund my tickets.
