On this tour, you can visit authentic nomad families and explore their lifestyle while staying in their extra ger (yurt). You will have the opportunity to see yaks and other animals. This tour covers Unesco heritage, Orkhon Valley and the famous national park, "mini-gobi", a gobi-type landscape that presents a unique combination of mountains, forests and Gobi-type landscape all in one location. Most importantly, you can visit one of the most historical sites, the ruin of Kharkhorin city, once was at the same time a political, economic, administrative and religious center, and one of the most important cities in the history of world trade holding an intense impact on the Silk Road. We hope you will enjoy horse and camel riding and the hiking activities.

We’ll drive to the beautiful Orkhon River valley. Listed in the UNESCO World Heritage Sites for its historical value related to Great Mongolian Empire. It's a picturesque place, where many nomad breeders set their summer camp. Before dinner, we’ll have horse riding for an hour in Orkhon Valley.

Erdene Zuu Monastery
We'll drive to Kharkhorin, the ancient capital of Mongolian Empire from 13th centuries. There, we’ll visit Erdene Zuu (Hundred treasures) monastery and local museum where we can explore incredible historical sites of ancient Empires of Stone and Bronze Ages.
After having lunch in Kharkhorin town, we'll drive to Khogno Khan Uul National Park. It's a unique place with many different forms of landscape. We'll climb up to the mountain to see the splendid view and Ovgon temple ruins in the splendid mountain, Khogno Khan before we visit the camel herder's family and get introduced to their lifestyle.
Elsen Tasarkhai
Before sunset, we'll go to "Elsen Tasarkhai" sand dunes either by a Bactrian camel or foot to explore the sand dunes and have beautiful photos.

5.00Our 4-day tour from the Mini Gobi to Karakorum was absolutely fantastic. Everything was perfectly organized, with no unexpected issues at any point. We always felt completely safe and well taken care of, making the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. We discovered so much during that trip. Super organized by Gesu. Highly recommended!

5.00excellent service just be careful which company you choose. There are some very bad companies in Mongolia. However, it is coordinator was amazing. The driver was always caring for me. Always pay attention if I needed some thing very good experience overall. the places and the accommodation was excellent staying with the nomad family was definitely the highlight, actually everything, camels, bourse back riding etc
