A guided expedition one hour away from Quepos in
the southern mountains, one of the main attractions
and majestic waterfalls of Costa Rica. In a walk of 7
kilometers in total, 3.5 kilometers to get there and
return.
An experience in connection with nature walking to
one of the most impressive waterfalls known as Nauyaca. Starting a 45-minute trip approaching the tropical humid forest until you find
the two waterfalls, one 45 meters in free fall and the
next 20 meters high that go to a deep natural pool 6
meters deep. After walking in both sections, resting, and snacking, we will be ready for the return hike. On the way
back we do a stop to enjoy a costa Rican-style meal
before we drop you back at your place.
The water level can increase or decrease depending on
the rainfall, as well as the chance to swim. generally
september and October are the months with the most
water.

5.00What a great experience! I was picked up from my hotel. We were a small group and our guide was really knowledgeable. He pointed out different plants/trees and provided information I had no knowledge of. He also gave the group information about plantations and history of the area. The walk to the waterfalls was enjoyable and the waterfalls were breathtaking! After swimming in the water, we enjoyed some delicious fruits, and on our drive back, we stopped for a delicious traditional meal. I recommend this company to everyone who is looking to have a great experience. Thank you again!

5.00This was a must do experience for us. Words cannot describe the beauty of the falls. The cool water swim at the bottom was so refreshing and the homemade lunch afterwards was so delicious! Our guide was super friendly and knowledgeable, and he communicated extremely well through WhatsApp. We got an excellent workout, too! Be prepared for a VERY physical hike. It’s a hot and long, steep climb to the falls. This is not a hike for a beginner, for sure! Be sure to wear comfy supportive shoes and clothes that wick away sweat. Take lots of sunscreen, too! But if you’re up for the challenge, the rewards are worth it!

5.00What an amazing day! This is the highlight of my trip. The guide was awesome! He did a great job explaining so many different elements of Costa Rica. I learned so much. The lunch at the co-op was fantastic. Never will you get this experience at any restaurant, true Costa Rican meal.

5.00This was a phenomenal experience! I was somewhat hesitant to book given the low number of reviews but this ended up being an absolutely magical day. We were picked up at our hotel in Parrita which was outside the range of most other similar tours. That alone was awesome. The two guides were so accommodative to younger kids who were hot and miserable while hiking and even had the insight to start the hike a little closer to the falls then typical which was so appreciated. But even with the heat, the pay off of the beautiful falls and being able to swim for pretty much as long as you want with fresh fruit provided made it beyond worth it. The authentic meal at a local co-op on the way back was the cherry on top and literally off the beaten path. They patiently waited at multiple bathroom stops as well. Could not recommend this tour group enough, which needs much more recognition on viator!
