  The views of Niagara Falls were breathtaking and unlike anything we’ve ever seen. The staff made us feel safe, comfortable, and excited from start to finish. The balloon itself was so smooth and peaceful once you were up in the air. Perfect for photos, special occasions, or just doing something unforgettable while visiting Niagara Falls. Highly recommend adding this to your bucket list if you’re in the area. We’ll definitely be back!

  Got my confirmation for our excursion in the morning . I had booked this a month ago , asked to move it to today ( May 18 from the 19th) so it looked like a go . We came over from the Canada side . Took 30 minutes to get thru the border crossing . When we arrived at the address we saw 2 employees walking away . Asked if they were sending the ballon up . They said due to wind they couldn’t .I understand safety, what I don’t understand is the confirmation of my excursion that morning confirming. No message telling us about the cancellation!!! It would have been nice to know so we could have planned something else . We are from Delaware and only had 2 days to do things . By the time we found out about this being canceled all the other things we would have liked to do were not available!!! A simple message thru Viator would have been appreciated!!!! They are refunded our money , but it’s our time I would have liked back more !!!

  Had it scheduled and they canceled due to wind . No notice , no message telling us . We were on the Canada side , took 30 minutes to cross thru customs. A message would have been nice !! Now we are left with nothing scheduled!!!

  The tethered part of the attraction is presented in one place at the very bottom. I thought we would fly over Niagra State Park. The price is too high for going up and down. I had a better view of the falls from the hotel room. It's not a great place for pictures because the netting is in the way, which is should be for safety reasons. The trip would have been worth it if we moved.
