5.00While in NYC this is a must do. Whether you’re a solo traveler, a couple, small group or a family, this an experience to remember. All of the personnel at HeliNY were professional, kind and thoughtful, helping to add to the wonderful experience. All of the pilots were outstanding and very knowledgeable but if you’re lucky enough to get Mike, he’s one of the best.

5.00We booked the 12.30 slot but an earlier activity was cancelled so took our chances and went down to the pier first thing in the morning. They were very helpful and managed to get us on a flight at 10.15 . The experience was magical and my daughter got to sit upfront which was the icing on the cake. Our trip to New York was a 21st birthday celebration so this was perfect.

5.00To the helicopter flight crew, I am writing to share my feedback and highly recommend your services following our recent flight. From the moment we arrived at the helipad, the entire operation was smooth, well organized, and highly professional. The ground team ensured a quick and efficient check in process while clearly and thoroughly covering all the necessary safety protocols. The flight itself was an absolutely exceptional experience. Our pilot was incredibly skilled, providing a steady and comfortable ride from takeoff to landing. Beyond the obvious technical expertise, the pilot also served as an excellent guide throughout the journey, and making sure we had the best possible angles to view the landmarks below. The clear communication and insightful commentary added a significant amount of value to the scenic route. The crew's overall customer service was spot on. They were attentive, polite, and clearly dedicated to providing a high quality experience for their passengers. They even assisted us in getting some great photos around the helicopter. It is very clear that this team takes great pride in their work and maintains high standards across the board. Once we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They guided us through every step of the process and made boarding the helicopter effortless and stress-free. 5.00Seeing NYC from a bird’s-eye view was an incredible experience. Even though the weather wasn’t ideal, it was still well worth it. The flight was very smooth, and the pilot was knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to answer all of our questions.
