5.00Our tour guide Ania was very good. Not only so informative on the history of the sites, but eager to discuss things on a one on one basis. I enjoyed our personal conversations. We covered a lot of ground in 2.5 hours. This gave us a great preview to the many wonders of Krakow.

1.00I’ll write this less than one , point as we didn’t make our trip , you’ve told me were in the wrong place, question a refund , you were sent away from the right destination, it wasn’t really well organised , it cost us 100 Zotti to get to the destination again, couldn’t find the Guide couldn’t get in touch with the Guide, very poor, will not be recommending this to any of our friends, requesting a refund otherwise I’ve taken this further kind regards, Gareth Dawson and Kate Thomas
