Hear stories of Edinburgh past and present whilst we tour the capital city at your pace. We will take in all the main city sights and then finish off with a breathtaking climb up Arthur's Seat to see the city from a panoramic view.

Arthur's Seat
The Panoramic Tour offers you the chance to summit Arthur's Seat in Edinburgh which is a 330 million year old volcanic rock, standing 250m above sea level. It is a tricky yet very achievable hike/run to the top with the prize of 360 degree views of Edinburgh, Fife and beyond.
Edinburgh Castle
Edinburgh Castle is a major tourist attraction in Edinburgh and is situated at the top of the Royal Mile, we will stop at the castle to take photos and take in the view before heading down to the next stop on the tour.

5.00Had an amazing run with Stewart! Got to see tons of amazing sites of Edinburgh with out all of the crowds. Stewart showed us great view points of the city and even took us all the way up to the top of Arthur’s Seat. Also gave great recommendation on a great running spot for the rest of our trip. 10/10 highly recommend!

5.00Alison was the best running tour guide. She knows Edinburgh history and helped us to see its beauty and complexity. She connected the places we saw with memorable stories that will remain with us for a long time. We had an incredible running morning.

5.00Rosie was such a breath of fresh air!!! Happy, positive, fun, relaxed, go with the flow and up for anything...she showed us everything we wanted to see and brought us to the top of Arthur's Seat. It was a challenging 10K but soooo rewarding. She walked when we needed to walk. She also pointed out interesting attractions along the way. I love Go Running Tours and can't wait to travel and do another one in the next couple of months.

5.00Ali and the trip were my first experience visiting Edinburgh and created an impossible bar for everything that came after. It was perfect! Alie is simply the best there is! this experience is a must-see for running enthusiasts.

5.00Great running tour of Edinburgh. Ali was so friendly and easy to talk to. She had a great knowledge of Edinburgh history and culture. She was also flexible with the route and took me to a few wonderful sites off the typical tourist paths.

5.00Catrion was very professional and friendly and I spent over an hour happy getting to know Edinburgh. Although I have limited English, I can almost understand it. Introduce Edinburgh's features as you run and highly recommend running friends!
