A very bad experience.

1.00We had a very bad experience we bought tickets that were in the middle of the boat. They messed up the numbers and put us at the very back of the boat when we try to get them to correct this. They dismissed us and did not give us any attention. We did have a waiter that came along and was able to help us with a better experience with the dining, however we were very upset with our position on the boat. Also, during the dinner a divider fell on the back of my husband‘s head, and they were very apologetic. However, our experience was very lackluster and very upsetting we asked the manager to come over to our table and he never came over to the table. He never came, and once asked us what the issue was, and this was very upsetting. He was seen to appear to be laughing at us and it was a big problem for us not having that type of help overall overall we rate this as a very bad experience.

1.00The excursion was not up to our satisfaction. The food was not good. The boat was hot! Cocktails were not good. Staff was not qualified. We would not recommend this .

5.00Great food and great singer for entertaining the guests. Directions for getting to the cruise were a little opaque, but we noticed the large street level signs pointing to where to find the boat. You might want to ensure you have a way to get back on the RER C line which has a station nearby as there really isn’t a taxi stand in the area. But, great cruise with good service and food topped off with a fine singer.

3.00We were a party of 7 celebrating 2 birthdays. I ordered 2 cakes and only got 1 . The food was just ok. Nothing special and the veal quite tough and chewy. Our service was very slow especially when ordering drinks. The DJ music was absolutely dreadful. 80's rave non stop. The DJ didn't cater for the different ages on board. Many views of Eiffel tower which were amazing, especially from top deck.
Meh.. felt more like a tourist trap

2.00Limited food choices, and you have to pay extra to upgrade. The 'DJ' was actually a singer with a very French selection. If you don't like restaurants where they sing happy birthday, don't come; that seems to be the main demographic here. The price includes only flat water. Even a Coke is around €8, and a glass of red is €12. If you don't mind paying extra to upgrade the food, it's fine, but my main concerns are the very limited menu and the lack of atmosphere. We also had a window seat people in the middle saw just the river walls. And lastly their port is far and not easily accessible. I would spend my money elsewhere.

1.00They left us at the dock!! We got there on time and the gangway was crowded with passengers for the next cruise and we didn't know it so we waited on that line. No one was on the dick to guide us!

3.00Meal was not bad fro a boat. There was a good singer but it would have been nice to have someone doing tour comments as we passed by landmarks. the waiter tried to answer questions on what we were seeing but he was busy and not always around
