5.00We had a GREAT day with Alisha as our guide. She was very friendly and informative throughout the tour. We ended the day with the Penguin Parade with Alisha putting us ar the best place to see the Penguins as they exited the ocean and made their way to their burrows.
A fun filled adventure.

5.00We had a great day going to the various sites with Alisha. She was an awesome guide. She hooked us up with a great spot along the penguin parade. Our kids liked the moonlight sanctuary too.

5.00Fantastic experience. Sharif was a fun and enthusiastic guide. A+++ The trour picked me up at my hotel and off we started at the beach then went to the Moonlite Sanctuary. It was great to have the opportunity to be so up close with the animals. (You can sign up for special animal encounters for an additional cost.) There’s also a small cafe where you can eat lunch, which is recommended since there aren’t many other options. We continued on making a stop at Nobbies. I really underestimated how beautiful the views would be! If you’re lucky, and the timing is right, you might find a penguin there. No worries though bc Phillip Island had plenty! Our guide gave some tips on how to get the best viewing. As we boarded to head back home Sharif played the Didgeridoo for us which was a fantastic treat! Wonderful day. I recommend dressing for the weather and the cool of night.

5.00Alisha was great! Really enjoyed the tour! She put in so much effort to make the trip special for everyone! It is too bad that people at the penguin parade took pictures and videos. It damages the penguins' eyes and frightens them. That had nothing to do with the tour, just the people at the event.
Not by chance, it takes sincere effort to make it happen

5.00Introduced to a friendly bus captain and guide Sophia in the morning. Can feel the same energy which didn’t fade throughout the trip. Sophia remained as an angel keeping the group of 15 intact and safe. Myself family of 4 (including 2 kids) had a comfortable trip. Could see Kolas, Kangaroos and Penguins in a very close range, and with a great satisfaction. Worth upgrading my tickets from Standard to Penguin Plus.

4.00The beginning didn’t start well because TripAdvisor told me to go to Savoy hotel at 9:45. The Go West company didn’t arrive until 10:50am. The driver and tour guide Sherif was awesome. I sat at the front and had a great chat to him the whole way. He had some great tips and was very accommodating for all. I had no idea what my day entailed as trip advisor didn’t give me an itinerary. When I tapped on any links they had errors. I enjoyed all the places we went. The penguins were awesome however I wish we were taken earlier as I paid premium plus and was told to leave within 15-20 mins of arriving on the platform. I don’t think there was enough guidance we should have been told to go out straight away and view the penguins. Did I see penguins yes!!! Heaps but I would have liked to have stayed there longer for the experience and price I paid. Thank you to Sherif for providing me a fun and safe experience.
